The place is very busy. They have a great selection of parts, but they are not fast. I had to call a couple times to push the for the part I already paid for, but at the end of the day, I got a good part for a good price. After reading some of these reviews….. idc if they smoke or drink, they are busy because they have the parts and the prices are right. I will definitely be back! Good ok boys like me!

Great place to find items for your vehicles. Always treat me with respect (great people) and a valued customer. Whenever I need help pulling a part they help ASAP! Plenty of Ford vehicles on the lot. I am looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Friendly staff with a huge inventory. Easy to find the vehicles as everything is organized by manufacturer and vehicle type! Highly recommended for hard to find parts with decent prices!

If zero was an option that is what I would give them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They DO NOT SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!My son was deployed in Afghanistan and his car was impounded during his deployment. His friend parked it for 4 days while he took a leave and the tire had went flat. They only had the car 2 and 1/2 months and they wanted $4000 to get it out. He had everything he owned in that car. Including a 3500 dollar gaming computer and an Xbox with several games and controllers. They let us look in the car and of course, his electronics had been stolen out of it. They then said he could pay 1200 to get it out. Even though he had about 4200 worth of stuff stolen out of it. They blamed the base. I am in shock at the way they treated my Marine. He ended up leaving the car because it was not worth paying 1200 for a car that he only paid 500 for. They even told us that all they were going to do with it was crush it. Welcome home from Afghanistan. Now we are on the road to replacing all of his stuff.

This is the first time that I've ever been to this place that I spoke to a guy named Rodger and he was awesome I found a used part that I needed that I was not trying to pay $300 for only paid around $70 you need any car parts hit Rodger up he's awesome

Overall the experience was good. I called and asked for a transfer case to my vehicle and they had it for an affordable price so I told them I wanted it and would be on my way shortly. Now I live almost 30 min away and I drove straight there to get the part when I showed up they still had to pull the part. I waited for about an hour and the part was ready for pick up so i drove around the building to the wash station and picked it up. I pulled back around and had to wait a little bit longer maybe 15 minutes before I could pay for the part and leave. One of the rubber covers was missing but i used the one from my old transfer case that was not a problem. The only reason why this did not get 5 stars is that I had to wait for a part to be pulled before I could inspect it and buy it only a minor inconvenience if you are not in a time crunch. For the price you can not beat them.

This is an ABSOLUTELY excellent place to get parts. The counter staff are EXTREMELY friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I was trying to get parts for a makeshift Christmas present for two Jeep grilles and I could not have found better assistance anywhere else in North or South Carolina.Thank you for your help.Most sincerely,Bill :)

I have a 2000 Honda Accord that has some major problems going on with it. The front passenger tire needed a new wheel bearing and then the oil filter housing unit had to be replaced because I was leaking oil so bad. The first place I took my car too they quoted me $1,765 I could not afford that plus the car probably isn't even worth that much so I took my car to East side they did a really good job and I didn't even pay half of what the first place quoted me thank God for east side and I will be a returning customer!!
