A heater hose broke I was stranded on the side of the road, they sent a couple of techs to repair the hose enough to get me back to their shop. They didn't have the part I needed, ordered it, said truck would be ready the next day about 1 pm, and it was!!!.Everyone in there was so pleasant and helpful, the prices are very reasonable, considering they are basically in the middle of nowhere.I will highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my truck

Amazing response and rapid service when the rear end seal and pinion and seal went out on our KW. They took the truck in right away and experienced problems getting the parts they needed shipped right away and although the truck was in their shop 6 days, they persevered in making it happen and fixed what was needed and got the truck rolling. Went in to have tractor park brake looked at because our park brake light wouldn’t go off. They didn’t have the part in stock but went out of their way to find the part and it was in the local area. Since we were there and got that fixed I had them do an overhead on the valve trane. I got the truck back in a timely manner. I broke down halfway up wagound hill on a snowy cold day highway patrol called Elk mountain to come rescue me. The driver showed up pretty darn quick. I wasn't a regular hook and go I had a dropped bumper and air lines plumbed underneath the poor rescue guy had to go the extra mile to get me all hooked up mind you it was wet and cold!! He had a great attitude didn't complain once was actually friendly considering the circumstances. They got me back to Rawlins helped me find a good hotel and a taxi service and got me all fixed up and on the the road the next day!! The service people and all I had contact with were excellent very friendly. They made me me excellent deal on the tow and services done. I will use Elk mountain again and I highly recommend them.
