We broke down on the side of the highway just past Rawling, Wyoming. We called Jack's as recommended by the repair shop that happened to be open on Saturday. As we waited for our tow truck the county sheriff pulled up to check on our situation. He gave us a thumbs up when we told him which tow company was coming. That helped reassure us that we were in good hands. "GOOD" is an understatement. Dave rolled up in a very timely manner. He was friendly, accommodating, informative and helpful. His truck was clean and comfortable to hitch a ride in, and as a woman I felt at ease with this perfect gentleman. And as the cherry on top, his pricing was more than fair. Come to find out we were lucky. Apparently there has been some shifty tow companies charging rediculous rates so do your due diligence. Dave, you are remarkable!Service: Car towing

I called 5 different tow companies in Rawlins after sliding into the ditch on I80. I was 15 miles west of town and only needed a winch out of a small suv. One company had a 4 hour wait, and another (maps)wanted $1,000!!! 🤬 Dave saved the day, and charged a fraction of what others wanted. Use Dave for your towing needs!!

Thanks to Jacks Body Shop our car window was fixed within an hour! They got creative without the specific part needed for our vehicle make. They made sure our window could be fixed! They were friendly and ready to help out! Thank you Jack’s Body Repair. We appreciate you.

Never in my life have I ever been taken more advantage of then I was by Jacks towing!! My family and I were vacationing from Louisiana, following GPS to do some scenic sight seeing, we got stuck in the muddy roads of some mountains that on-star could not help us, they contacted Jacks being we had no service to look up our own companies, after hours of being stuck seeing Dave with his tow truck was finally a relief knowing we would be safe soon. Dave gets his tow truck stuck and has to call another tow to come get him and us, after another 2 hours of waiting for an UNLICENSED tow truck driver. He made me pay over 1000.00 for his services and the other tow truck for HIM getting stuck. After questioning more than once about cost his response was “I could have charged you a lot more I gave you a break “ The biggest rip off ever!!!!! To take advantage of people is a horrible way to run a business . Hoping no one else has to deal with this kind of ridiculous And outrageous business

DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOU TO TAYLOR'S AUTO REPAIR!!!!Did a good job. Covered by my USAA insurance so I am unsure of pricing.I only gave 4 stars because driver Sean suggested I go to Taylor's Auto Repair (Please read their review) which turned out to be one of the biggest shams I've ever had. I think the owners of Taylor's and Jack's are buddies?Other than bad advice, seems like a good company.

Had him tow me 5 miles and it was 200. Takes advantage of you if you are from out of town. Did he gave me a deal and didn’t even charge for mileage.

Only place in Rawlins to take your vehicle. Dont waste your money going to the other wanna be places. Eric and crew do a fantastic job
