We’ve been taking our vehicles to European Auto Werks for years. Most recently, I brought in our BMW as the engine was overheating and there was a leak. Last week during the heavy snowstorm the windshield washer system in our Audi stopped functioning making my wife's errands difficult and dangerous. I called Amber and she said to bring it right in. They got us back on the road in no time by finding and repairing a broken hose. The emergency service was appreciated as was the repair cost.I've had two more service visits to repair issues diagnosed during the first visit referred to below. I drive a solid, but older, Audi A4 with high mileage on the odometer. Because of Darren and the folks a European Auto Werks my car drives much like new. In both of the subsequent visits to the shop I received high quality repairs, service and in both instances the bill was lower than the estimate. I believe this shop provides high value auto repairs. They are not inexpensive but the results are excellent!"There's a new sheriff in town" and European Auto Werks has new owners! Darren, Amber and Mike could not have been nicer to deal with. My older Audi was a fast diagnosis but not an easy repair because the replacement part needed was not available from the manufacturer. After a fruitless search for a used part Darren repaired the existing harness and got me back on the road. It took a while but the honest updates and good communication made the process easier. Very frustrating dealing with business owners and scheduling personnel ....insisted on performing services that were not needed, at a tremendous cost. After explaining that all of the "inspection" services were already performed by another shop (paperwork included) they refused to do the work that the other shop couldn't do as they did not have the proper computer scanner.I do NOT recommend using this shop!Services: Battery, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

This review is long overdue but written with much gratitude and appreciation for work done on our daughter’s Mini Cooper. During our cross country drive from Clemson, SC to Aspen, CO her car starting leaking oil. We coasted our way into Aspen and starting looking for a reputable auto repair shop. We found European Auto Werks, talked to them via phone and then brought the car in. From the first conversation thru diagnosis to fixing the car we experienced nothing short of exceptional service. We were able to leave our daughter with a well running car that has been performing at its peak from that day onward.
