Dakota and Brie were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me get my car back up and running. After Ford was not able to help me out, Dakota spent some time really making sure I would get back on the road. He even volunteered to tow my car over to Ford if I needed it, but luckily that wasn't necessary since he was able to make it start again. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is very much appreciated. I am forever in debt to you! You guys all ROCK!

So many of these parts stores don’t allow their please to assist customers. O’Reilly is my new favorite parts store.🏆

I went to the W.Glenwood store to look for a new car battery & I received stellar service- very knowledgeable & friendly! Bought a new car battery & they installed it for free!

We broke down about 2 miles from this store. On his lunch break, not only did Tylor bring me parts and tools, but took me over to the next town's Oreillys to get a part his store did not have on hand. This happened on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, so our options would have been almost nothing!!!! This store's culture clearly cares about customers. Tylor made our breakdown a pleasant experience!! The service and advice here was impeccable. Went in during my road trip for a check engine light. Johnnie was professional, helpful, and got us everything we needed. I highly recommend this store!

Our radiator got damaged while driving through town on Sunday night. We called this location on Monday morning and Bri, Wendy, plus the rest of the team got us a new radiator by 1:30pm the same day. They let us borrow all the tools we needed to replace the radiator and also helped us repair a few other things. They were super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Can’t say “thank you” enough!

Today they did not want to help what part was wrong in my car in the heat of the day with my young children in the car. Thank goodness we made it to Rifle, Co. And very different customer service.
