I went in on 9/1 with my vehicle barely making it there. Ernest was the first to greet me, was honest from the very beginning that he wouldn't be able to take a look at my car for a while because they do everything by appointment. When he was able to take a look, he was able to walk me thru in layman's terms what he believed to be wrong with the engine and gave me a rough estimate of the total cost. My mother and I discussed our options and wanted them to start working on it whenever they got the chance. The next morning, Ernie had called with good news regarding the repairs, stating that he would be able to get it fixed by Tuesday 9/6 and gave me a new estimate. When I went in to retrieve the car, the price was the same, he walked me through the repairs and what we could do in the future to prevent this from happening again. I'm giving them the rating that I am because of Ernie's honesty. There are so many mechanics that will up their prices without an explanation and Ernie broke it down while keeping it real.

Ernest was so great! He definitely runs an honest and fair business! I called them up after receiving a call from my dealership that while my car was getting fixed they claimed I had another $1800 fix. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and Ernest got me in that next day! They found the problem and my dealership had misdiagnosed the problem! It always pays to get a 2nd opinion because if I didn't my dealership would have fixed the wrong thing then I be paying for the original problem to be fixed! Ernest and his crew are wonderful! You can go to them for other things besides transmission jobs! They fixed my front passenger side wheel bearings!!

Ernest did a full diagnostic on my Focus transmission: checking fluids, pressure testing, etc. He called to tell me that the transmission needed to be reprogrammed, but that it was still covered under Ford warranty. He printed out all the PSB information for me and didn't charge me a dime for all of his work. I will take any other transmission problems to Ernest and his team from now on!

I wopuld like to start off by saying thank you so much Ernest. I am the GM of a major resaort in Glenwood Springs and of course in the middle of a huge storm my plow transmission went out. In less than 48 hours Ernest hada new transmission back in my Chevy 2500 plow truck and I was back in business.
