    Purchased an engine to replace mine that thru rod out side, arrived for pickup was wrong after 3 hr drive they told me they found correct but $600 more and needed to wait a week and come back or drive 6 hrs to get it. Garage installed and head gasket was bad. Came with parts warranty and paid $486 extra for platinum warranty to cover parts and labor. Just was told I was denied because I didn’t replace my good water pump. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY COOLING SYSTEM. Stay away!!!! I tried talking with them and they won’t return calls, Unless you see it work or run stay away .

    I got a motor from this place and after installing it the motor caught fire so I called the sale person Stan ext 202317 he told me to comeGet another motor that for some reason it must have gotten through there tech so I said ok but what about the cost of installing the motor the 2nd time the motor cost me $1800 and $2000 to install so now I gotta pay $4000 to install a motor that should have been good the 1st time he said he couldn’t help me so I asked to talk to someone about him he told to call todd ext 202322 after several attempts leaving messages he never called me back now this has been going on for over a month now this place don’t care about people stay away from them

    Sold me a junk transmission which they did exchange for a working one, but not before I already payed a shop to install their not working transmission. Dont buy any parts from them, they dont test to see if they work nor do they care if they do. Have your transmission/engine rebuilt, you have a high chance of getting garbage from these guys and having to pay twice as much to have your parts reinstalled.

    This was my first time dealing with them. Paid for then went to Don's to pick it up but they didn't even have it. Said they will try to get it in two days. Must be the inventory wasn't up to par.

    I called today asking , “ if they had batteries?” Since the review comments states , “ great battery prices “. I was told they don’t even have batteries . So is this false advertising?

    Horrible customer service... management is wonderful and there to help the people but customer service representatives chad and chris horrible need to be terminated

    Bad! Never buy an engine or transmission from these people and for a bonus the employees on the phone are incredibly rude.

    My garage guy went to Dons to get rims for my van. We were quoted a price and the rims were to be there on Monday, so drove to garage to have rims changed. The rims never arrived from Dons, when they were finally reached on phone, we were told they never got put on the truck, they would be delivered on Tuesday. Drove back to garage on Tuesday, and now my garage guy is told the rims have disappeared from inventory! My garage guy actually has a picture of the rims they sent last week when they quoted us the price. My thought is they quoted us too low a price and are trying to get out of the deal. They now say they will try and find rims and will try to stay around the same price. What a bunch of con men ! Will never deal with them again.

    Use to be a good buisness and you always got what you needed but now days it's gotten to big and for older cars it's almost impossible to get the right part from them. They have great customer care but its honestly just easier to order online off ebay for anything like computers and stuff, still be okay I guess for interior stuff or simple mechanical parts as long as you dont have to match part numbers
