After calling on Friday to verify Windshield, they say they have it, called again Monday told them I'm driving 90 mins and he said ok, now I'm here he said Windshield is not in stock, SMH do you guys value people time? Not good for business. Now I lost 3 hours out of my day that could of been avoided

I wish i can give them 0 stars the service here is very bad. I came in for a used radio i had my part number and everything they act like i wasn’t even there very bad attitudes and sassy behavior. I honestly didn’t want any problems till one of the cashiers told me to cash app him my money for the part i had no problem doing so i just ask questions because nothing was being told to me how things works here. But once i asked him about a receipt he snapped so i left and went to get my uncle who is a mechanic he says they never asked him for cash app payments. So when i got back the other guy helped us now the system was back working and the guy told me if i wanted the part i had to put a deposit down for half the price of the part i did that and they called me later on told me the part didn’t work that i had to wait 3 to 4 business days or i can get a refund from the deposit fee i paid. I asked for a refund and never received my money back my bank told me it was charged as a tip. Don’t spend your money here it’s a waste of time money and unnecessary energy.

Pretty good place but customer service is very bad when you’re talking to them. It looks like they’re not even paying attention to you and it’s kind of annoying and then the return policies is that they don’t issue refunds. They were only exchange the parts even if they gave you part that was damaged and did not work, they will not give you back the money. They’ll have you wait until another part of the one that you need comes in that could be weeks and months, so make sure when we buy here you wanted to be

This is the worst place I've ever been too , The customer service was horrible. They take care of customers showing guns, I will never be returning to this place ever and I'd do the same if I were you!! These people are very rude on the phone and in person, we customers get to buy and pay for what we need we don't get to ask for a free gift, terrible service, the worst junker, the people who serve on front believe they are gods as if they were the only junker in the world?….. not recommended at all......……

The workers here are full of themselves and think that they can outsmart you. They charge you $12 for a car battery no matter the condition and when I get there he has audacity to tell me $5. I’ve been going here and it never changed! The person that was behind me gotten 12$ . I asked him about it and he couldn’t give me one. They do this to black people a lot and I’m sick of it! They tell you a cheaper price and pocket the rest. They do it when there is other junk that’s not claimed and they are not supposed to do that! Shame on this place for having workers like this!😡 I for one am very disappointed in this establishment, especially when I’ve been coming here and to see this firsthand, in 2024, is upsetting!

Danger... They process your payment and then let you know when you can pick up your share again... They don't care if you drive 1 hour from North to South. It really is a scam playing with people's money. The two men in front are very good. rude, 0% recommendation

My son's truck rim was damaged beyond repair & needed to be replaced. I stopped at Flamingo Auto Salvage and they had the exact rim I needed. The only issue was that it was still on a salvaged vehicle. The staff advised they would remove the rim and contact me within 4 hours to pick it up. Well, true to their word, they called back in less than 2 hours. I picked up the rim, which was in excellent condition. I've read some less than positive reviews about Flamingo Auto Salvage; however, my experience was very positive from start to finish, I would definitely recommend their services.

Horrible!!!!!! Had me sitting like an idiot for two hours waiting for rims only to bring me the wrong size and later saying they don’t have them . Super rude don’t waste your freaking time with these rude people, absolutely no consideration for people or their time 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Complete waste of time. Drove 3 hours. Called ahead of time. They said they needed a core so I tool my transmission out then called back 2 hours later . They said yes it will be ready. Drove over only to find out they didn't it ready. Not a way to.do business at all...

Perhaps those with the negative comments were not too friendly either. I went to pick up a drive shaft for my 03 dodge ram and they were the only place around that had one sent from there other salvage yard. It was delivered the same day and both were extremely helpful and the price was just right. “I’ll be Back”

Worse junkyard out there believe me look at there reviews people don’t waste there time leaving one for nothing they definitely deserve one and a couple more. Bad service straight up drove up there to tell me they can’t take out the part that I need till tomorrow something that takes five minutes to be honest it was a taillight harness that you clip off and that’s it less then five minutes and they were charging me 170 for all of them just for some cables but luckily that happen cause I called a other place found them for 60 for everything so that speaks for it self never never going there again save your time and headache and go somewhere else where they do care for there customers

Hello, just to let you know that it is the most unpleasant place that can come to me. I had the worst experience as a client, they charge me a part that I needed for my car after they already take the money from your card, they tell you you have to wait 3 or 4 hours to give you the part you already paid at the end I could not solve anything because at 4 hours I call for my part and they tell me that it is not ready yet I ask for my money back and they tell me that I must wait 5 business days for the money go back to my bank

Terrible service. Went in there looking for Joe’s junkyard (which is behind Flamingo) and they told me they had the piece I was looking for. I said okay can I see it before I pay and the guy said you have to pay to take the window like? Okay I just asked to see it. Whatever, they didn’t let me see it but I paid anyway. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited about 20-25 just for the guy to come outside and tell me they didn’t have the window. Some excuse about “maybe it was broken”. How are you going to tell your customer you can’t see the part they’re buying before they pay? Never coming to this place again. Went to Joe’s after, they had the piece. The mechanic is super nice, went to make sure he had the window, even explained to me how to take the old window off and replace it with the new one.

I drove 2 hrs to get a "customized" rim for my truck on a recommendation from my local tire guy. I cant tell you how worth it it was! Every person in there was so helpful and polite. Every employee spoke to every customer at least once to make sure everything was running smooth. They all treated customers and fellow employees with respect. (They even made sure my dog had enough water). I recommend ordering your part in advance if possible as they get very swamped (for good reason). Even ordering on site only took about an hour (not bad considering the number of people that came through).

Called for something as simple as an 02 Sensor, they didn't have it. What i find crazy about this is that i went last week and i saw the same model car there and a very helpful worker told me i can come in next week cause it was already closing time. So i called the office today and i tell them that if they have the part and they tell me no. I proceed to ask if i can come over and pick the part myself he straight up tells me "this is not a u-pick". He didn't even ask for specifics about my car as if he didn't even search anything up. No help, no part, and no business so don't even bother cause from the other reviews all they sell are rims.

They always have parts but the head person is as rude as one can get. As an example, I bought a part that I required the screws and I asked for the screws. When I came back to pick up the part a week later, the guy that made my order lied straight to my face and the aforementioned rude manager just gave me a the, "I don't have five hours to look for screws." Although they have parts that come from different places and always have parts, I would never buy an light bulb from there ever again. And I suggest you should not either. By the way, while I was waiting, the same rude supervisor was ruder to a body shop employee over the phone. So this is a pattern for this establishment.

So i called them for 2 days and talked to a lady and told her i was driving down from manatee county 2 pick up some parts a when i got there after a 5 hour drive they told me to go pound sand . they said i didnt make a parts deposit so i couldn't get my parts i just drove 5 hours 2 get. Absolutely 0 customer service. This place needs the owner to get involved and see how his employees leave customer on hold for 12-15 mins, then once they answer the phone they act like your asking for a favor..... MF no one calls for favor, the employees there should be happy and thankful customers call to order parts but with that rude @ss cust service this place will continue to go down and down and down. Alfredo also has 0000000 customer service and if he is the person in charge then the owner or manager need to replace this clown.

Thrives, Siad they had my $1200 part at other yard and could have it next day but I needed to pay first. Showed me a picture of the part. After 4 days and a lot of excuses my part was their. It was the wrong one. They said their guy loaded the wrong one. It looked like it had been buried in mud for a year. I ask for a refund, they charged me a $250 restock fee
