Chris is a good guy and has always come through when we need parts at my shop. The parts are in better shape than the big corporate run yards/ you can tell they actually care and remove the parts carefully which saves me headaches!

Force five is a local hero being able to provide the exact part you need when you need it. Pricing isn't that competitive if you can wait a few days for shipping and order online from another vendor. That being said, having a local salvage for Audi cars is priceless. Force five provides same day quality parts that you otherwise could not aquire.

I scheduled a time 2 weeks out to have wheels and winter tires fit and installed to my wife’s allroad. I called and confirmed my appointment the morning of and then proceeded to wait 4 hours until they called saying that the found wheels and that the tire shop across the street could install at 5:00 that evening (I was at their shop at 10:00 am) I waited 25 minutes to be picked up in down town Concord. When they finally picked me up in my car they had 4 snow tires and 4 dirty rims and tires full of mud and snow STUFFED into the back of my wife’s car. Marks all over the headliner, an incomplete job and mud and melted snow all over the inside of the car — entirely unimpressed.... lots of parts and knowledgeable people but they obviously have a complete disconnect when it comes to servicing someone with a late model vehicle...

Chris has almost always had what I needed for my various Audi/VW cars over the last 10 years, which says a lot because some of these parts can be a little harder to find used.The owner is a very direct and honest guy. I can’t recommend them enough.

Been going to Chris for years now with all the Audis I have owned over the years. Replaced my flywheel for about $1000 less than anyone else was going to charge. Picked up the car. Ran better than when I bought it. Chris can pretty much get any part you need on an Audi or VW. May take a little bit of time til the car is finished but never have felted cheated.

Ordered two front struts for an Audi A8 which turned out to be complete junk. Clunked from initial install, passenger side strut leaked as confirmed by my German mechanic and less than a year later the driver side strut no longer holds air. My shop recommended Force5 because they do a lot of business with them however they did not rectify my situation and Chris neither called or emailed me back.

Great guys. Very knowledgeable. Only place to buy used vw audi parts especially for the older cars.
