I was searching for a used truck bed online. Tried a few different websites without much luck. Made a query to Bow Auto Parts. They reached out to me by text. I was being very particular for what I was looking for. They worked with me to find an ideal truck bed from Texas. There was some mixup on delivery date, but they made it right. Let me elaborate to make this review useful to those who read it. Salesman will assure that your part will be there first thing in the morning and gladly take a deposit to ensure this. What they won’t tell you is that your part may be “bumped from the truck”. No apology, no compensation. No attempt to assist the customer. Just a “not my fault” “it will be here tomorrow if you want it”. Learn this, if you are the first person in the front door of a business you are the spokesperson for that business. So yes, it is your fault until you rectify the situation to the customer’s satisfaction or call a manager to do so. Value your customers time and you won’t loose business.
