Great and wonderful customer service from Dave. He help me a lot. And was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I knew all my options before I purchased my parts. He has a wonderful attitude as well. You can tell he really loves his job. Normally I hate talking to customers service people because they are rude and disrespectful. But Dave wasn't. Great job Dave. Also when I got there Eric was so helpful and understanding and very kind and patient. He made my experience joyful. Even the guy that loaded up my parts was friendly and careful. Also the place was clean. Overall just a wonderful experience. Everything was just perfect.

Excellent experience ordering a new radio for my Jeep. The first one I ordered unfortunately didn't quite work properly for my vehicle as it was a slightly different part number which wasn't as interchangeable as it seemingly was supposed to be. When I called back Bow was able to source another one for slightly more money that was an exact part number match through a partner yard which is now installed in my Jeep and working great! The units I received were both in excellent condition and the staff I interacted with were all super nice. Special shout-out to Lindsey for getting my very complicated address perfect when I ordered over the phone.
