I can not say enough good things about Austin and Bow Auto Parts! Walking into an auto parts store as a woman can definitely feel intimidating, but Austin immediately made me feel completely comfortable. He explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I initially purchased two parts for my SUV, and later realized I didn’t need one of them—unfortunately just past their 30-day return window. I did need another part around the same price, and Austin didn’t hesitate. He quickly tracked down the exact part I needed and made an even exchange happen. That is exceptional customer service. When I went in to pick up the part, Austin—and the other gentleman at the front whose name I didn’t catch—provided the same level of professionalism and genuine customer care. I mentioned the stressful week I’d been having, and they took the time to listen without rushing me, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find an auto parts business where the staff not only know their products inside and out, but also treat customers with patience, respect, and empathy. Between the efficient service, the clear communication, and the willingness to go above and beyond to make things right, Bow Auto Parts has absolutely earned my trust and future business. I will continue recommending them to anyone who needs quality parts and exceptional customer service.
