Owner Rob is both rude and aggressive , his way of talking to customers is very uncouth.When called out on his childish behavior he threatened to call the police rather than simply just do the job he was hired to do . Save yourself the time and stress and seek parts elsewhere!

This is one of the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I dealt with Rob and he is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I bought a $1000 transmission for my friend’s Nissan Versa. I travelled 3 hours with my friend to this store and 3 hours back just to buy a faulty transmission. He stated that the transmission was fully functional; however, after installing it on the car, our mechanic who’s very experienced stated that it’s faulty and “piece of junk”.I called Rob and informed him in a very friendly manner that the transmission was faulty and if someone from his business could pick it up (as most auto parts store do when it’s their fault). Rob refused to send anyone to pick up. I still tried to be understanding of the distance and be cooperative. Therefore, I agreed to his idea to pick midway location to meet and arrange a day and time. Rob had this weird way telling a customer to contact him in the evening to remind him if he is available in the morning while logically it must be his job to check his schedule to see if he’s free and to remember instead a customer do that for him. I still tried to be cooperative though and messaged him in the evening to remind him that I could meet him ‘the next day” as he stated he “potentially could have someone meet me midway”. However, he did not confirm and did not pick up his phone the next day after multiple attempts till before noon and he informed me last minute that he could not meet.I was again still being cooperative but Rob still gave me the round-about of me reminding him in night before to see if he could meet me and get the transmission the next day. Same story again, and this time he did not respond my phone calls and text messages either. When I eventually got a hold of him the next day afternoon, I even offered him that we could bring back the transmission to his store in the weekend. He refused to get meet us in the weekend stating that his store was closed in the weekend WHILE GoogleMaps says he is open on Saturdays and he actually sold us the transmission on a Saturday! When I confronted Rob nicely about that, he got loud and rude and just hanged up the phone on me. My friend and I tried to get in touch a couple more times with Rob via phone but he kept ignoring our contacts. Rob made us take off so much of our time from work, was being very disrespectful, uncooperative, and made my friend to go back all the way to his store several weeks later. No decent human being, let a professional business would want to do that.

my wife and i where looking for motor and called Frankford Auto Recyclers i don't recall the name of the gentlemen that help us but had great customer service and was able to get us the motor we needed in a timely matter i will get part form them any time i need some thing in this day in age we live in customer service is key and you guys have that thank you so mush for the help 5 Star
