The two lovely ladies up front are always very helpful in making sure that I get what I came for and need. And the fact that they are accepting returns and offering warranties outs them at the top of my list when it comes to auto o

Stock turns over quickly and they put photos of all the vehicles on the website including the engines which helps before going there. Only negative is they no longer sort the vehicles by manufacturer so anything can be anywhere. But I understand this makes it easier for them to swap out stock.

Firstly, I NEVER made it into the business, because when i attempted to call back to correct a misspell during my request for a tow, the woman who answers the phone decided to pretend as if she were putting me on hold, and then HUNG UP on me after i waited for 15+ minutes. I understand that to YOU it may have seemed like i was being rude, but i genuinely could not understand what was said on an OLD LANDLINE & a VERY HEAVY accent. I continuously apologized because i didn’t understand everything she was saying, yet i still got that kind of treatment. BECAUSE I AM A P.O.C., i feel the genuine need to say this, and ESPECIALLY AS A WOMAN OF COLOR, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! not everyone is out to make fun of you, some people aren’t used to the accent, and it’s very childish and disrespectful to do what has been done at this establishment.

There are so many peoples with tools looking for there car's. We where looking for our old Mercedes-Benz too small part which we didn't get what we want but something similar to try out but payed too high almost buying from chain's. Anyways i enjoyed my day like working in the garage without boss. Nothing to worry for damaging something to get something.

Sold my non-drivable lemon car to them. Car wouldn’t start and I feel like they gave me a fair price compared to several other companies I contacted to sell it to. The process was seamless. I booked an appt on the phone and on the day of the appt, the tow truck driver contacted me and picked it up! He had the check in hand. My whole family has used them, and I would highly recommend them. Quick add on- They gave me $600 for a 2009 Nissan Altima with a salvage/rebuilt title, that wouldn’t start and had a host of other problems. Hope that helps anyone needing to sell a car quickly.

The car I went to get parts off of was listed as becoming available 11/6 and today was 11/7. The sticker on the car said July. They regurgitate pictures. Don't trust them!!!! I drome a long way to find this instead.

Boy have things changed ALOT here! 🤪 we went from $1 ADMISSION IN THE VERY BEGINNING to $2 and NOW we're at $3 for entry fee! 🤪The WORST PART is that no car is in a DEDICATED LOCATION ANYMORE ! At least NOT at THIS LOCATION anyway ! Chrysler and Dodge is with Ford and Chevy and MIXED in with EVERYTHING ELSE now ! you have to walk the ENTIRE junkyard LOOKING for parts EXCEPT for the TRUCK and VAN SECTION! that's the ONLY thing that's CATEGORIZED by ITSELF ANYMORE!😉 Nice MOVE guys! Just make it DIFFICULT so that I just can't wait to come back to walk an ENTIRE junkyard LOOKING for a SPECIFIC car ! LOL 😜 BUT WAIT ! THERE'S MORE ! LET'S NOT FORGET ABOUT there are "NEW WARRANTY FEE" ON EVERYTHING AND APPLYING IT TO YOUR BILL WITHOUT EVEN ASKING YOU FIRST ! 😜 YOU GOT TO WATCH IT HERE ! I BOUGHT an ENGINE COVER THAT WAS ALREADY BROKEN ,I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM & SHOWED THEM IT WAS BROKEN "AND THAT I DIDN'T WANT A WARRANTY" !!!!!! AND THEY KNEW IT WAS BROKEN !!!!!! AND OF COURSE !... THEY STILL CHARGED ME THE WARRANTY FEE ANYWAY ! and I DIDN'T realize this until I was ALREADY home ! 😜🤪 CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND OF COURSE WAS TOLD I HAD TO SEE THE MANAGER WHICH CONVENIENTLY WASN'T THERE ! IMAGINE THAT ! 🤔😡 GOT TO GET THAT WARRANTY FEE ! 😜🤪 FOR ALL I KNOW MAYBE THEY GET A BONUS AT THE END OF THE DAY FOR CHARGING THAT WARRANTY FEE WITHOUT ASKING OR TELLING YOU ! OR MAYBE THEY JUST DON'T CARE ! 😜 THE POINT IS...... YOU GOT TO MAKE SURE "YOU TELL THEM AHEAD OF TIME" AND "WATCH THEM AS THEY'RE RINGING YOU UP AND CHECK THE SCREEN YOUR CARD IN THE MACHINE OR PAY CASH ! TO SEE THAT IT DOESN'T HAVE THAT WARRANTY CHARGE IF YOU DON'T WANT IT ! CUZ THEY WILL SURE MAKE SURE IT'S ON THERE "EVEN IF YOU ASK THEM NOT TO" AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU'RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION ! 🤪 SHAME ON YOU LKQ FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF EVERYONE LIKE THE REST OF THE WORLD ! 🤬 IF I'M GOING TO BE FORCED TO PAY A WARRANTY AND ON TOP OF THAT NOT BE REFUNDED WHEN I DO CATCH IT BEING DONE TO ME !, THEN I'LL JUST BUY MY PARTS NEW ! 😜 THAT'S THE LAST TIME I'LL BE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF BY YOU JUNKYARD THIEVES ! 😡

Nothing like it used to be severely overpriced I can call a normal junkyard have the part pulled sitting on the counter with a better warranty for the same cost or less.

Cleaner and more organized but still the feeling of being in "the line" for inspection while interning and leaving. Also Ray's is in the massive LKQ family now.

First of all, THANK YOU MR. WILL!!! I would like to apologize for being slightly aggressive, man that machine was just not it for me! It takes a godly person to assess a crazy situation and come and assist with the slightest touch! For anyone that needs assistance, ask for Mr. Will up front or the lady at the checkout area. #thankyou #godly #🙏 #💯 #❤️

Good location to get parts when the vehicles in their inventory are late model vehicles. The universal pricing regardless of year make and model can be detrimental because a lot of parts can be purchased online and shipped to your door for a cheaper price compared to driving there to take off parts. They shouldn't automatically add a warranty fee to the parts prices without asking you first either. Maybe implementing a payment touch screen with the ability to request whether you want a warranty or not would help. The technology is cheap so cost shouldn't be a factor. Being able to check the inventory before going is extremely helpful. I was able to get a door from a late model vehicle at $300 less than what most junkyards charge.

I have appreciated finding parts to buy at a low price at Crazy Rays and recently sold a car to them for a reasonable price. The car had a bad transmission and they towed it away.

First of all, the receptionist got all witchy about my signature. She claimed inconvenience because it, in her mind, took two lines. It's worth mentioning that the next gentleman was still able to sign his name on the following line without difficulty. The same receptionist, a White woman with a purple top (a hoodie I think), very rudely told me that I couldn't take my jack. Telling me what I can and can't take isn't an issue, but her tone was incredibly ugly. She was smoking a cigarette outside after I put my jack back into my vehicle.

It's a junkyard....be sure to check your receipts. Make sure you were charged accordingly. Also, be sure to look online for cheaper prices before checkout. Prices can get high

I am a huge fan of this location the only thing I don't like is they upcharge the parts by adding on things you know you'll never need like warranties and things like that. I normally can get a seat for $75 now it's a $114 due to the up charging. Still a great place to get parts cheap. It's a cool and see what work are you working with or what cashier.

Crazy Rays once was a great place for parts. Now that "LKQ pick your part" got their hands on it, its way overpriced, and even worse, they now have a Core charge on almost everything. Go get your parts new!

After reading the reviews I was concerned about talking my car there to sell. I have to say the only complaint I have is that the parking lot are could be larger. I thought the girls at the desk were friendly and courteous. Maybe the problem is when you are purchasing parts. Just goes to show never judge a place by others opinions. I had no trouble with this establishment.

Only $2 to enter. Staff seem friendly but I didn't really deal with them at all. I would recommend taking a blanket or a non rolling creeper. I do think they charged too much for what I bought. I would recommend printing the pricing list. I don't think they charged correctly. Also this part was weird that $2 dollars to enter has to be cash. They basically charge you to enter so they get cash if you don't find anything. I may go back if I need too, but you may be better off buying the parts off ebay or even amazon. Actually I would recommend looking at those two places first before going to crazy rays.

This is a great place. Great workers and employees. Always busy. Has almost everything you would need from any vehicle. You bring your own tools. Usually, have to take part off yourself. Much cheaper than a new part from store. Good Luck! Will definitely recommend and be back if we need anything else!! Thanks so much!!💯💯💓💓

Terrible service. Had an appointment when I called I gave them my number as primary and my boyfriends as secondary. The tow truck driver called my boyfriend once and didn't call my cell until 1 hr later when he was 10 minutes away from where the car was. This caused my appointment to get cancelled since I was not notified 1 hr in advanced as promised. I called and apparently they don't give a direct number to call all calls are forwarded to a call center in Florida so there is no accountability. The drive called me back the same day day and said I will be the first pic up at 7 am. So I'm at the pick up location at 6:55 am and this dud doesn't show.. .. He ended up calling me at almost 9am saying he was on his way. Thats so unprofessional and rude I couldn't believe it. The only reason I finished business with that company is because I needed the car gone. I'll never use them again, I'll tell people not to use them. Terrible just terrible

Great selection of cars and trucks. This salvage lot is level and graded, cars are all raised up and couple feet apart. So walking among the wrecks is faster and safer Fewer low spots and ruts in the aisles as compared to other salvage yards. So no laying down in puddles and rock piles

Recommend wearing steel shank boots & check website before you show up to make sure parts are still available.
