My husband and I went here to trade our truck in as it had over 300,000 miles and we wanted a newer truck. They kept asking us about the check engine light, we told them it ran great but needed work on the brakes, so we traded it for a 2012 Dodge Ram. 2 days later the check engine came on so we took it back and they said they took care of it, the light was off but 2 days later it was on again, we were asked to bring it back when we could leave it over night so they could work on it with a cold engine so we did. Another 2 days and the light was on again, we took it to Dodge and they had to practically rebuild the engine. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Great selection of vehicles and a very quick process. Everyone I talked to was friendly, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I recommend stopping by and taking a look for yourself.

Went to Freedom auto sales with my girlfriend and did not leave with a car, but that is not the issue. I would recommend no one else buy from there as well due to poor customer service and bad business practices. Here is what happened.We went in and we talked to Oscar. He was very friendly charismatic the kind of guy that you would want to go have beers with. My girlfriend was on a budget. She had a good sized down payment but just started a new business so she has no income. We saw a 2013 Honda civic that looked good and the price was pretty good. The thing is every time Oscar left our presence the price went up. " I can get it for you for the sticker price." Well can't do that. "Here is what the price will be if you just buy it with no financing." No that number was wrong. In the end it was a grand more than he said it would be. It was a little out of what we could get in cash that day but that happens. We just did not like that the price kept changing. But if it was just that I would not be writing this review.So the real issue is my girlfriend is paranoid about identity theft. We where told four times that if we did not get financing he would white out her social security number and shred her paperwork. Four times and not quietly. In fact while leaving the lobby he showed us the safe and assured us it would be safe there til we came back in case it needed to be shredded. Next morning we came back to destroy the paper work as we where assured would be the case. She was sent away and when I got out of the car I was blocked from walking into the building. I never made a hostile action I never raised my voice. We where told they could not give us the paperwork due to legality issues. They said they have to hold the paper work for 2 years if they run your credit. Side note I believe we stopped the Prosses before her credit was run because no talk of a credit score was ever mentioned. When I said we where lied to the owner or manager raised his voice cut us off when talking and said we where not lied to we where miss informed. Apparently at freedom auto they believe it is ok to willfully spread misinformation as long as they do not properly train there sales people. I have worked retail and customer service for over 20 years. If you are remotely competent at your job you do not raise your voice you do not cut people off when they are calmly talking to you. Turns out these people do not understand what good customer service is.So end of the day they are untrained in incompetent at best liers at worst. Either way they do not deserve anyone's business. We as consumers have an obligation to not put up with that so if you value your time and you want people to do good customer service don't go to Freedom Auto in Kingmen.

This place is amazing went there to buy a car I had no credit got a good value on my trade in. Brent did a awesome job he went above and beyond.😁👍🏻

Freedom auto sales is a very friendly place for a car lot, I have had my Van for over a year now. I have all my repairs done here as well, Love the work that Shawn does. To be honest I have never been able to find a mechanic in Kingman who knows what they are doing with out a rig job being done But, since I have been going to Freedom to have this work done I have found they are by far the best in town. Thank you Freedom for my awesome Van And thank you Shawn for all your hard work that you have done on my van and always being able to work on it at the last min. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I made a good review for dealer now I have had to delete it because I would not refer this dealership to my worst enemy. They don’t sell quality vehicles and don’t stand behind them. I went in there to buy a truck to pull my daughters rv that she received from make a wish. Well these guys saw me coming. Don’t buy anything from this dealership!
