I own my own mechanic shop T-N-T automotive. I was quoted a price of $50 for an AC control unit that goes in dash. Once I arrived here, I was told that he had a number of vehicles that we were unable to find and I finally found one and I got the AC control unit out, and I took it up to the front along with the head unit radio, and the guy told me $75 for the AC unit He wants $75 for the head unit . I told him I’d give him 100 and he said no warranty and I was like look I wanna go outside to my car and test the radio see if it works cause I’m not gonna give you 100 bucks if it doesn’t work. He won’t even let me go out there and test it Evan tho I left him with the 100 dollars he was asking for !? so I be think that’s really unprofessional and not good customer service and they’ve lost my business for good. I will never come to this place again in my life. Thanks for your time

Bad customer service. I have been trying to get some specific information off of a part for a few days and I keep getting the run around and no replies. All I needed was a picture of the tag on a part to make sure it's exactly what I'm looking for and I can't even get that. I'm not gonna drive 2 hrs for a part if I don't know if it's the exact part I'm looking for.
