I have never seen worse customer service than what I saw at this place. I payed for my fender in cash after dealing with the lady at the front desk who had a very bad attitude and I was told it would take 4-5 days for my fender to come in and I would get a phone call when it did. A week went by and no phone call. I called to see if it was in and was told my sales representative was on vacation and the lady at the desk told me she can't access is account to tell when it would come with the same bad attitude. What kind of business is this? I can't even find out when my part is expected? Another week passed and I called and she told me my sales representative would be back the next day. So I called again and he told me it was going to be another couple of weeks. I told her I would like to cancel and had to drive all the way back to Claremont NH to get my money. They gave me my money and said "Good luck finding another". Absolutely terrible customer service! I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your new parts!
