    These guys waited until I had purchased and paid in full. Then they sent me photos different than what was online, and indicated that the airbag doesn't come with the wheel and it was the first time that it was mentioned even with a long phone conversation. These guys don't seem legitimate.

    I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company with trying to return two core’s a turbo and an engine to get my core cost back with no luck the I’ve had numerous unreturned phone calls voice messages ect……. Then I receive a phone call today from the mechanics who replaced everything that matlock came to pick up the return but wouldn’t accept them because the intake wasn’t attached so I proceeded to call 5 times and the 5th call I was put on hold for 15 min and no one came back to my call will be calling first thing in the morning once again MATLOCK YOU NEED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This would be a good spot for a salvage parts yard. I don't recommend coming unless you have all day to wait.

    Sent my driver from South Carolina to purchase 3 transmissions when he got there they changed the agreed upon price. Poor business !

    I don’t recommend at all. I don’t even know where to start I purchased a Diesel engine for a truck. After 2 weeks later I had problems with the injectors. I payed over 4K for the engine 2 weeks later I had trouble with the injectors. I tried to get ahold of the them to follow the warranty and they said it doesn’t cover which blows my mind cause if I’m spending that much I expect good quality. Now there charging me 4500 just to put new injectors which almost a brand new engine. The customer service is also horrible they ignored me when I was trying to come up with a solution it’s took days just to get a text back. So overall my experience was bad

    Very terrible customer service. I have been trying to return an item I bought but therent any clear instructions. They dont answer your phone call and they dont return your calls

    I got the part that I needed for a fair price. The sales attendant was very polite and helpful. That is where the positivity ends.After confirming that my parts were ready for pickup, I arrived at the store. The office is closed to the public. I called to let them know that I had arrived and was told it would be a couple minutes. Another party was there, trying to figure out what was wrong, because they'd already been waiting for 15 minutes, despite being told their parts were also ready. 10 minutes later, an employee comes out of the building, and the other people try to ask about their parts. He rudely replies "not my department" so they tried to ask for whoever WAS in charge and the employee replies "I don't have sit here and listen to your smart mouth!!!" And he even got up in the customer's face; ready to fight. He probably had 100 lbs on the customer, so I stepped over to help deescalate the situation, which meant letting the employee know that his response lacked any sort of professionalism, and that I had the other guy's back. The employee turned and stormed back inside. Shortly after, the other party was called back to say their parts were NOT ready, and someone else brought my part to me.I don't know what kind of system they got running there. They're using COVID excuses to neglect customer service, and running employees who should not be representing their business in any way, shape or form.Do better.

    My grandfather used to own a garage called Killian's service center matlock's in the highest regards as a 5-star company because they are always very eager to help their customers... I have never walked out empty handed or disappointed.....because they do everything they can to provide excellent customer service thanks guys we appreciate ppl that genuinely care about their customers... This is the car they found everything we needed for and looks almost new again

    As far as salvaged auto parts businesses go, this place is above and beyond! Kenneth has been absolutely awesome and I will definitely be purchasing more from these fine folks!

    Many years ago I had great experiences, it seems the times have changed. Misled on the phone, twice. Buyer beware, there are better options out there that actually want your business.
