Karlee & Andrew provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were both very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. Do NOT use this place. I called and ordered part “a”, then drove 3.5 hours one way to pick up part “a”. It was labeled part “a”, so I drove the 3.5 hours home and dropped it off at the shop. Got a call today that it was, in fact, part “b”. Called Matlocks and I was told that the part was probably tagged incorrectly at the source yard. My options for a refund? Drive it the 3.5 hours (one way) OR pay for it to be shipped back. I suggested maybe they should pay for shipping, since it wasn’t my fault. Was told “that’s not going to happen”. Didn’t budge when I suggested they had incredibly poor customer service and should consider doing the right thing. The rep then told me they’re a 12 million dollar company when I implied they didn’t know what they were doing. I guess it was lost on him when I said they could be a 15 or 20 million dollar company if they actually knew what they were doing. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Kaylee was very helpful. We spoke to a gentleman on the phone who told us that there were 11 of the steering shaft we needed on the yard. When we arrived they weren't all pulled or listed and Kaylee helped us find one that was pulled that might work. Andrew went out in the warehouse and found it for us. Friendly service. Neat sculptures.
