Horrible experience!!! Called for a part at 9 am, rep said part will be ready to go in approximately 4 hrs. Upon arriving at the yard at 5:13pm, I was told they don’t have the part bcos “the car is cut” what??? What a waste of time after driving 2 hrs and getting a ticket 😜 in an attempt to get there before they close for the day. Long story short, it would have been appreciated if I had gotten an update instead of being brushed off

Called this junk yard on 4/5/2022 looking for a radiator. While I was broke down on the road with my three great grand children and a storm approaching. Gentleman told me their system was down and ask for my number and soon as the system was back up he would give me a call back. As of 4/8/2022, he still hasn't called me. Had to find another junk yard. Second bad experience with this same business.

I bought an engine over 4K on August 19, 2021, the engine was delivered 3 days later with a huge crack. Company said it would send a technician in 2 days to investigate the problem, the technician appeared 20 days after the agreement, my mechanic and the gray & white company agreed that my own mechanic would fix the problem and they would reimburse me for my mechanic's service. After my mechanic fixed the crack, the engine still didn't work. I've been trying to fix my car for almost 2 months and I can't get anyone at the company to solve the problem. Worst experience possible.

I called them About a used part Guy on the phone told me he had the part. I drove 1:30 mins to their location in Carrollton GA, I walked in the office the lady on front desk Had this long face like she didn’t even want to be there Asked me to call again the same person I spoke to earlier to get a reference number Because without it she couldn’t help me. The person I called was the same guy I spoke to and I can hear his voice in one of the offices next to check out window while I’m on the phone with him, long story short after make me wait for 10 mins. Another lady came out to tell me she didn’t have a the part that that particular vehicle was crushed already Whatever that means. This place is a joke!
