We will be taking this company to court to redo our newer driveway. They brought out a out adumpster and left massive oil spills for is 100ft and it is distorted. They came to clean it and it didn't work. THEN THEY USED THE SAME TRUCK AND DID IT AGAIN. DO YOU WANT TO REPLACE 59,000 DRIVEWAY!

We have been using Grogan Shavings for our farm for over ten years. They have consistently delivered nice clean, dry shavings for our horse barn. They are able to drive their truck right into the barn and unload the shavings in the back of the barn. I never have to worry about the wrong kind of wood shavings that can make a horse get sick.

Driving down highway GA-400, a rock came out of one of the trucks belonging to this company and cracked my windshield. I promptly called the company, was very calm and polite, and the receptionist told me that she had been trained to tell callers that they should take it up with their own insurance company. I asked to speak to the owner, who was unavailable. A week later, the owner had failed to call me back, so I called again to speak to him. The owner, Jim Grogan, told me that it was not his company's responsibility to pay for damage that they have caused, and that it was the "insurance companies' rule" that the party of the damaged vehicle file such claims as a roadside hazard. He refused to take responsibility or to pay for the damages caused by his truck driver's negligence. He even admitted that this has happened before, which is apparent by the fact that he has his staff trained to give the same response. Shame on this company for not taking responsibility to make sure their loads are tight and secure or to offer to pay for damages caused by their negligence, even when I have the entire event captured on my dash cam.
