They were very nice and helpful but the price was unreasonable. They gave me a used, wrong-sized tire for $125 and told me to drive 90 minutes home and buy the right size from another shop. That's one expensive band-aid. I'm grateful they were open on Sunday and so helpful but I just wish they were priced more reasonably. A used tire in my hometown is $40 and that's for the right size one, and I understand paying for the labor but this should not have been over $60. You guys were so kind and I love what you're doing but I hope you can consider being more fair to those of us who also work hard for our money.

On our way to Conch Key, our truck just stopped running. We called around & Guy’s was the only one to answer. They dispatched right away & even sent out a bigger truck to accommodate the entire family - we still had to get to our motel. After pickup they took our truck to their shop for a free diagnosis. On our way to the motel, knowing it was getting late & the Key where we were staying didn’t have any restaurants or grocery stores, the driver offered to take us by the grocery. That added an extra 30-45 minutes to his time, but no extra charge. We had such great service that we requested AAA to use them on the way home (145 miles). Unfortunately, there was another provider of long haul on the AAA list that came first. Hopefully you’re never in a position to need a towing service in the Keys, but if you do, I recommend Guy’s. What a great company! It was a last minute trip to the Key West on a Sunday. Nothing was available to help except Guys Towing. We needed a radiator hose fixed. They went to the store for us and got everything we needed. Then came back to a hot parking lot and fixed it for us. Excellent, prompt, and reasonable service.

These people are scammers. They charge you for 2 days even if your car has been there for only 13 hours. The sense in that? Don’t know. We called ready to pick up our car and the guy said he was going to charge us extra for having to come get our car out.. as if it’s our fault he owns a 24 hour towing company. We waited about 1 hour for him to arrive. A guy in a tow truck pulls up and says he doesn’t have the keys and the boss has them in Florida city (35 minutes away). We said we’ll wait and 2 hours later this man still hasn’t arrived. On a THURSDAY afternoon. Customer service and professionalism here is terrible. Someone shut this place downService: Car towing

Had a blowout and no spare just outside of Largo, fortunately close to their shop. They came to my location in a timely manner. Took my wheel back to their shop and replaced the tire. Had me back up and on the road in no time. Great Service! Service: Tire change

I thought long and hard about doing a review, but I figured I should at least warn other consumers of my experience. I was heading down to key Largo to spend the day with my family on Sunday afternoon. The valve stem in my front tire started to leak and my vehicle warned me of my situation, I located Guys towing and the website said they were open on Sunday. We called ahead and were told we could be accommodated. We patiently waited 35 minutes for the tire guy to make himself available and here’s where I messed up! I should have asked how much a tire valve replacement would cost but I didn’t. At my local tire shop this service runs approximately $12 plus tax, so I figured worst case scenario $25 and I’ll be on my way. Well to my surprise upon completion of valve stem replacement the bill was $43! Let’s put this into perspective, I bought tires for my trailer and had them delivered for $49 each, I bought tires for my wife’s car and had them delivered for $54 each, and $1 valve stem replacement for $43 is outrageous, I’m grateful he was there to help me but to be taken advantage of is another situation, my advise ask for pricing upfront.
