This company is horrible, half the time they don't empty the can completely, will only take the recycling if it fits their blue can. If you leave a box out thats too big for the can they just leave it. Too lazy to toss it in the truck. This is a service we are forced to pay for because if we got to choose they would be out if business. I would cancel my service if I had a choice. I recommend the keys find a new provider for this service, one that will actually work.

They don't provide schedule online. Workers decide which house to pick up trash from even if it is your trash day. I've seen them grab one or 2 items from the top of the bin and leave the rest (without even attempting to lift it) and they also bypass some homes altogether. I had to bring it to their attention that they skipped my house...and they made me carry my bin (that they skipped) over to their truck 2 houses down. They toss your bins back onto your property with no care if they damage them or the covers. Overall very poor service.

3 times a week, rain or shine, only Christmas Day off, Key's Sanitary Service has been on the ball since we moved in 15 years ago. We're very lucky to have them, everyone is courteous.

They don't have a way to look online to verify trash collection schedules. They need a web site so residents can find info without waiting for a weekday 8 to 3pm.
