Large yard. Pretty organized. However, a couple massive flaws with this place: 1) it's nothing but mud. Come with a second pair of shoes if you don't want to bring a pound of mud into your car. 2) most of the vehicles are picked completely clean and have been left in the inventory for months too long. I can't speak for prices, they haven't had anything I need.

Not friendly staff. Vehicles heavily picked over. Had to pay 4 bucks to see a vehicle that had nothing left of it, just a shell. Been to good pick-a-parts and this is not one of them. Requires a phone no, pic and signature just to enter. Never seen that before. Waste of time. Probably make their money on the entry fees.

Very clean and well maintained yard. They keep track of inventory and know where every vehicle is so you don't have to search all day like other yards. Best yard in amarillo to get parts from! Diana was extremely helpful. Shes a swell gal!

This place is awesome. I needed a starter for my car. I called and spoke to Diane who provided outstanding customer service. I will always check with H&H for parts before I go to the auto parts stores. $38 bucks for a new starter whereas the stores wanted $299-$350+. I will recommend H&H to all my family and friends...

They charge before you can go on lot! Paid to take a quarter to half mile walk to see if they might have doors for travel trailer which they did. They will not let you drive onto their lot. You have to furnish your own tools and carry all this including doors out. Needless to say they kept their doors. Not a friendly place to do business. Will never go there again or recommend.

Place has come along way towards being organized. Makes and models are sorted out a lot better. Units already on lot aren't as overly abused and skeletonized when searching for some items. Staff is great, friendly, and very helpful. Hope to see what other improvements they implement in the future.

"Avery" sold my daughter parts for '10 maxima stating they would fit her 09 Altima. When we confirmed thees did not fit. The manager Cody threatened to call police w false statement against my wife and I. For simple refund they threw a fit refused our return and filed report. For what? Needing correct parts.... Better work on PR gals n Cody
