I drove an hour to Harry Brown's to look at a used car. I didn't know this dealer from the one down the street. What I can say is from first communication they were nothing but professional. The communication they provided prior to me agreeing to an appointment was personable and prompt. Once I got there I had the pleasure of working with sales person Nate and the business manager Erin on the financing. They were not pushy nor did I get that sterotypical used car sales vibe. Working in sales as well I know the tactics, but I left with a very good taste. They were transparent and honest in our conversations. They were willing to negotiate and we both gave a little on our initial demands. In today's market where there is options to buy virtually they provided a very good reason why the in person process still holds a ton of value.

My husband and I test drove our new Chevrolet Equinox, and knew this was the car for us. Kevin gave me a complete tutorial on all the bells and whistles on our new car, and even a tour of the service department so I would know the procedure when I needed service. Kevin Lee was absolutely awesome. He was prepared and had the vehicle cleaned and thawed out even though he was busy that day. Erin Fahey was a wonder with the financing and worked miracles even though my dog literally ate my title and lean release! It was well worth the 2 hour drive to get there and I'll do it again.

I never write reviews but I think these guys and gals deserve it. This is the way all car dealerships should be run, no pressure to buy a bunch of things you do not need. Everyone is very friendly. I purchased a Ford Flex from mike and was in and out of there in 3 hours ( Not all day like my last experience with Village Chev). Thanks again Harry Brown and Mike Hruby.Oh and by the way the car is great!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Nate Stoeckel was our sales rep. Bought a 2019 GMC Yukon. He was VERY helpful and spent time with us after the purchase to go through the vehicle. Harry, who started the company, came out and thanked us personally!!! The entire staff was great. Go there if you want an honest and friendly dealership!!!

We had a great experience working with everyone at Harry Brown's! Nate was super helpful on the sales side, and Erin and Kiki made the financing side a breeze. We were shopping for months to find the right car and dealership to work with, and were willing to drive 7 hours to Faribault because the customer service was so great and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. My wife and I are self employed and prioritize customer service within our own business and prefer to work with like minded business such as Harry Brown's.
