Rude and never get a call back. I always wanted to buy stuff there because they have cheap parts. But I never get a call back maybe I get one but after one day that past. Too late since. Already bought the part another place. I hope you guys can change these so I can do business with you guys.

I installed a transmission from them into customers vehicle. Four days later the transmission blows up. They said there is nothing they can do for me even though they have a 30 day warranty. I keep getting the run around. They either hang up on me or tell me the owner will call me back, which the owner still has not called me back. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend doing business with them. They seem fine when ordering a part from them, but are not willing to help if anything goes wrong. Buyer beware. It's hard to believe they stay in business with such terrible customer service.**Edit** The transmission was not installed into the customers vehicle until October 11th and the shipping damage was not an issue. We already took care of that. October 11th to November 5th is less than 30 days and the customer only had his vehicle for 4 of those days.
