I am not someone to write negative reviews (in fact this is my first time ever), but feel the need to warn people, as l wish l took some of the poor reviews on here seriously. I had a similar negative experience as others shared. I confirmed our scheduled day and time, after booking 2 weeks in advance to ensure l had everything l needed removed to prepare our home for a painting job. After waiting an hour after our window, was told they were running behind and would update us with an ETA. 2 hours later didn’t hear back and followed up AGAIN (at this point we were 4 hours past our scheduled time). Was told they could not come. Completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for others people time. Spend the extra couple bucks and go with a reliable company.

Had a large fridge removed by John and his team. They were able to tetris that big thing out of my basement pretty quickly. Entire process took about 20 minutes so nice and quick. Thanks John!

Hi John - Thank you for the job you did for us. As promised, I would give you a review for the job you did for us.We really enjoyed the look on our Dad’s face when we brought him back home after his stay in recovery.He was so relieved to pull into his old garage space. Able to get out of his car and walk easily into the house.Once inside he loved seeing his family room, bedroom and basement. Neat and organized.I would have never known how much stuff he really had till I had seen all the loads you and your crew removed.Then to vacuum? We didn’t expect that for sure but was real nice.I would most definitely recommend anyone looking for stuff removed to give you guys a call!If you find time give us a call. At first I was so thankful that John was willing to help with short notice. He was suppose to be at my house by 9am. Then my thankfulness became annoyance then anger. I had to text to see if he was still coming. Told he was having a truck problem but would be there ASAP. I texted him again around 11:30 asking about his truck and to remind him I had a deadline of 3pm to get the job done. I NEVER heard back from him. This caused a major problem for me and ended up costing me money. I wish he would have had the courtesy to let me know he was not showing up.

I just used Haul911 to do a much needed clean up. John showed up on time and was very pleasant to work with. I thought his price was fair. So glad to finally have everything gone. I would use him again.

Had an window of 1-3 to remove a treadmill and bathroom vanity. I had to call at 4 and ask for an ETA. Said they were running behind because of the heat and they’d get back to me when they were on their way. And that was the last time I heard from them. Never called saying they were running late and would miss their window nor contacted me to reschedule. Disappointing.

They showed up and removed all of our junk from our flooded basement. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work was excellent. I would highly recommend!
