This place will look for any reason to deduct money so that they can make a larger profit off of their customers. I only bring small stuff in here because you can take your metal to Martinsburg scrap and get $9 instead of six. Owners and staff are nothing but greedy. And look for every reason to take money off of your load. So do yourself a favor and go to Frederick's scraper Martinsburg scrap stay away from this place Edit after their response.... They claim 3 freon units. To bad I didnt have 3 items that could possibly contain freon. They claim they weigh them but it was 90 seconds from unload to me being in office. Thats just plain impossible for them to remove and subtract weight based on a scaled weight. So that's another lie. The next lie is I'm fully aware they were empty I will retrieve security camera footage to show they were empty. I was going to let it go but the front office lady is the most smart assed person you will ever meet. Seems to be a miserable person but that's my opinion and from the reviews the opinion of others also.

Has really gone downhill I remember when they were a family business and cared about their customers . Called for pricing and Nacy with an attitude told me “it’s on the board” then sighed as she told me prices … no thanks won’t be coming here ever again Brian never would of tolerated that kind of attitude from his employees

They have terrible employees. They demand and not ask. They need to be retrained. Who cares if it’s 3 am or 3 pm? I mistakenly gave your competitor 5 stars I deleted It I originally gave them your review and didn’t know how to change it at that moment.
