On the last leg of our road trip we walked out to our car post lunch to discover the battery was dead. To make things worst our road side assistance apparently ended at 36k miles so we were on our own. Luckily Heartland was near by and able to get to us in just a few minutes allowing us to get the car started and the guy who came out made sure we knew our way to the local auto parts store to get a new battery.Thanks to them we where able to get back on the road in time without our toddler missing her nap.Service: Battery

My truck and 37' Toy Hauler broke down on the expressway. These guys went the extra mile in every way since used their service.1. Got both my truck and trailer off the highway in record time. I was in a dangerous spot so this was much appreciated. They had to call in a semi to grab the trailer.2. Let me store the trailer there until I could arrange for a pick up. They did not charge me for this; even though I agreed to be charged after the 4th of July holiday.3. Had one of their techs drive around and check the lots for any rental cars available.4. Called local UHauls to try and get us a truck.5. We lost a front tire on our vehicle and called them from express way. Our tow driver arrived in about 25 minutes. He was very nice and helped us get our luggage and dropped us off at a hotel. He was a great guy helped my daughter who has trouble walking getting up into truck Service: Car towing

Broke down a few weeks back with 2 flats on 55N near Effingham on my way back to Chicago from STL. Forget the gentlemns name but he got there quick and was super friendly. Kind of guy you want there during a stressful situation. He was able to tow car quickly and was kind enough to call local tire shops for me on the way back to town to verify stock. I wish I knew employees name but he made it as wonderful an experience as possible for blowing 2 tires on the highway. Wonderful company

I am an OTR hotshot driver. I had a load that needed to be delivered by the end of the month Mar 31. Pulled into Flying J truck stop on the 30th, went in to eat, upon returning to truck I was unable to start. Contacted Steve the owner and set up a tow/load to load my truck up onto flatbed to tow home. Driver sent was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Steve, driver and the rest of staff in their services, which in turn enabled me to continue with load to its destination and delivery. Our car broke down just north of Effingham. We were an hour away from home and not sure what to do. I called Heartland Towing and explained our situation. A driver was there within 15 minutes! He took us all the way home then offered to tow our car 10 more miles north to the dealership so we wouldn't have to pay for another tow.
