    Higgins Auto Parts is one of the if not the cleanest auto recycling/wrecking yard there is! They have great quality parts and stand by their customers! Their warranty program is unbeatable. They have a standard 6month warranty on every single part that leaves their facility. If you want to get an extended warranty with them, not a problem at all! They offer a 1 year, 2 year, & 5 year warranty on their parts for an extra cost, but it is meant to protect your investment. They also have a labor warranty in place that allows customers to receive a labor check on the installment of their vehicles if it is purchased. The way it was explained to me, if you need labor coverage and it is $1,000 they will only charge a quarter of what is needed for the labor coverage. In this case it would be $250.00. If you need any OEM parts for your vehicle or a vehicle that is at your shop, do not hesitate to bring these guys business. They do a phenomenal job from start to finish! Their parts are high quality and have been providing great quality and awesome customer service since 1951! People are not perfect obviously but no matter what part I am looking for they are always willing to help! These people are fantastic! If you run into a problem at all, they are always willing to help out!

    Higgins has always been good to me anytime I needed anything, most recently I needed some parts for a Ford Fusion and they got right on it! I also had a 16 F150 they got the parts for after I got in an accident. Very responsive, reasonable and easy to deal with.

    EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end with Higgins Auto Parts!! First contacted Tony who was awesome in helping me to surprise my son with this purchase. He was pleasant to speak with and very accommodating. Second contact was with Juan the General Mgr. who was SO very kind and helpful to me as I was worried about pick up. He went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations in helping me with delivery instead. It took SO much stress off me and I am beyond GRATEFUL! THANK you SO much for such an easy & wonderful experience guys! :) Will be back for more purchases in the future!

    By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. On 7/17 at 8:28am I called to inquire about a fender, and spoke with a man at the front desk named Luis. I explained that I would be driving from San Jose, which is almost 4 hours so I asked if they could confirm there was no damages to the panel before I paid for it and drove all the way out there. Unfortunately, that was quickly shut down and was told I had to pay for it, and the part needed to be picked before anyone else laid eyes on it. Luis then told me that he could send over pictures of the fender, and if I didn’t like the quality then they would send the money back. He sent me the link to pay for it and quickly rushed me off the phone. Since the prices were good, I went ahead and purchased the fender at 8:37 AM through the link that was sent to me. I called back at 1:02 PM to see if the fender has been picked, and if I could receive the pictures. Luis seemed frustrated and told me that the fender has not been pulled yet and when asked when it would be, he said he had no idea. Since I felt rushed off the phone again, I lastly asked if I would receive the pictures by the end today 7/17. He said yes and we hung up. SUPRISE SUPEISE it is now the end of the day, and I have still not received any photos of the fender I paid for earlier that morning. Now that the business is closed (past 5pm), I could not call. This did not make me feel comfortable knowing I was waking up early and driving four hours to go pick it up. When 8 AM the next day rolled around, I was about halfway there And decided to call them. I was very polite and explained that I never received the pictures which were promised the day before, and just asked them to simply look at the fender to verify there are no damages that way I can at least turn around. Luis declined to help me whatsoever once again. He said angrily I told you that it would take 24 hours for when the order was placed. I responded well that’s in 30 minutes and he said no it’s not “you ordered it in the early afternoon” which was completely incorrect! I placed the order and have the receipt which says 8:37 AM…. We did not continue the conversation after that and he said “we’ll see you when you get here”. I continue to drive another two hours, and still never received any pictures or communication on the fender. I show up and luckily the fender was in good condition, and I was in and out in about 60 seconds. When calling your business, there is a prompt that says this audio is being recorded for training purposes. I recommend reviewing my calls from 7/17 and 7/18 to coach Luis on how to treat customers. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful the way I was treated here. If you read the other reviews, there are many that will say the same thing. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone! Side note: when I walked in to Higgins Auto Parts all three people at the front desk were sitting on their phones. You must’ve been so busy that you couldn’t even ask somebody or go get a picture of my fender to help a customer that has paid for a part and is driving four hours. Thanks for nothing!

    Professional experienced and very nice staff(Juan)! It was well worth my 3-hour drive to find the part since I couldn't find it here in the high desert. This place was super clean, extremely organized! Mr. Juan Hernandez went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. GIVE THAT DUDE A RAISE!! If not for Juan that long trip out there would have been a complete waste of my time!! He made things right! 😁 THANKS!!!

    Higgins, went out of their way to help me get the exact part I needed and when I needed it. Love the search function on their website to find the exact fender (with the right paint color) that I needed. Saved so much money over the option to fix thru a body shop. Quality operation!

    I called to inquire about a part for my vehicle… I haven’t had this bad of a customer experience in a long time. The man I spoke to over the phone could not have been more condescending and seemed to be annoyed at every question I asked. I had a few more questions but decided to just end the conversation. When he asked “was that all?” I wanted to say “yes, thank you” but the phone was thrown down by them at “yes”. They seem to have the part I am looking for but I honestly don’t want to spend my money there.

    UPDATE: Increasing from one star to three. I decided to call back a few hours later in hopes that the first employee was just an outlier, and thankfully both staff members I spoke to were actually helpful and willing to get me answers and updates. The shipping liaison was particularly helpful and actually seemed to care. There’s always bad apples, sadly my first call routed to one… Terrible experience all around with Higgins, only worsened by the condescending attitude of their dismissive employee. Found a part on eBay, and wanted to confirm comparability and availability so I called the store directly. The women I spoke with confirmed w everything, and recommended I order on eBay versus over the phone. Purchased and paid for the part on 10/21, label created 10/25…and now on 10/27 still not shipped. Messaged via eBay, no response. Called Higgins to inquire as the part is urgently needed, and the gentleman could not have been ruder or more dismissive. Said he sees nothing in his system, I shouldn’t have ordered through eBay, and said he was “done helping me just call eBay”. Would not take the time to look up the vehicle or part, literally refused. I’m in customer service and sales, and can’t fathom punting a customer and telling them “not my problem call eBay” as this gentleman repeatedly did. Terrible experience with no resolution and no support from the seller.

    They have good prices and I like that! But every time I buy a part I have to wait until the next day and drive an hour again just to pick up my part, Even if they have dismantled the car, they cannot go inside and give it to me since according to them I have to wait a whole day because they have orders ahead, this is really stupid, In all other parts sales, if they already have it dismantled, they go and deliver it to me in minutes without having to drive twice, once to pay and once to pick up, ridiculous. The last time I went to pick up my parts, I forgot to pay for a piece the day before and they wanted me to come back the next day to pick it up again, I better go and buy somewhere else.

    I purchased and picked up a door from Higgins Auto Parts. Found the part on Car-Part with a very precise listing. Spoke to Mary who was very professional, pleasant, informed, and helpful. Made an online purchase very easy. For a salvage yard the reviews were pretty good and the owners also answer every review regardless of being positive or not. That is a good sign of a small business that cares. I have a body shop for over 35 years. I was apprehensive since it was a two hour drive each way and I had already gone to a couple of local yards that simply lied over the phone. Unfortunately that is a big risk in dealing with junk yards. Higgins is not a junk yard. When we got there I was completely blown away. The door was clean and ready on a rack. Exactly as described. The location is organized, very clean, with a great office and friendly employees. There is a reason they have been in business for so many years. Thank you Mary. I would recommend Higgins Auto Parts to anyone!

    Worst place to buy parts. We purchase an engine for over $4000 4/1/22. It had 6 months warranty. Well shortly after the 6 months not even 7 months later the engine broke. We contacted higgins asking for help after our mechanic advised us it was nothing we did wrong on our end. We weren’t looking for a new engine but at least a discount for us to purchase another engine. Some type of assistance but instead all we received was poor service. The receptionist Mary was very rude since the beginning. Hanging up on us, calling us liars and not allowing us to talk to a manager. The manager Phillip then called us back one time! He advised us to have our mechanics boss call him and Phillip has not answered him either. This is extremely unprofessional. We still have no answers and are out of a car. Do not waist your money here!!

    Bought a motor and radiator. Motor runs gd and no issues. However the radiator started leaking. Still under warrantee. Lady that answered seemed very rude. I was trying to see if it would be able to just be fixed at radiator repair and maybe cover costs. she just said no, we don't have another, bring it back. We will give u ur $61 back then hung up. Wow, I guess once they get ur money they don't like friendly conversations when returningan item. .. Being the only vehicle I got and its hard to just do that. I had few more questions but since hung up on so quickly i didn't get the chance. I'll shop elsewhere from now on. Not that me as one customer makes a difference in their pocket, but spending alot money for honest parts and friendly service it does to me.

    Excellent experience! The center console I ordered for my 2015 Charger shipped for cheap and arrived with all included parts. Usually salvage lots take off parts like the armrest lid, shifter bezel, and side panels, but Higgins left everything on saving me a lot of money. Package itself shipped by GLS and arrived in three days after being boxed up and shipped out. Definitely will be returning for other parts in the future.

    By far the absolute cleanest, organized, neat and orderly "junk yard" I've ever been to. Well organized online database/catalog of inventory. Friendly helpful staff. Definitely will be doing business with these guys again, first impressions matter to me and these guys are professional. Definitely recommend.

    Very very frustrating...my father called this company and they told him they had the part I needed over the phone. I wasn't going to make it today to pick up so I called and made a payment. They charged me and called us back to say they don't have the part because they crushed the Nissan Cube. Now I have have to wait for the money to be credited back. I needed this by tomorrow. Plus the lady we talked to might need some education on customer service. Kinda rude to my dad. Never going here again nor recommend them.

    Do no do business with this company. I purchased a fender from this company's online website. One week later I email to find out when they plan to ship. I get no response. A couple days later I call to find out when they plan to ship the part that I paid for even paying a shipping premium. It's only then they tell me that the fender has a Crack in it and they decided it was not in the condition they thought it was. I was told that they messaged me through PayPal. (Lie) Then they tell me the refund is being processed. (Lie) so I contest the transaction with paypal.I I then get a message through PayPal saying they had left me a voicemail. (Lie) I do then get my refund..The next day the fender is back on their website but with no mention of damage and the same picture. A week later they list it on ebay ,again with no mention of damage.. Not to be trusted terrible transaction

    My husband purchased an item from them off of Ebay. They sent the wrong item and my husband paid to mail it back with expedited shipping. They are not acknowledging any emails sent and have not issued a refund for THEIR mistake. Horrible communication and customer service.

    This place is a SCAM! I paid $2000 for a front axle assembly and I received a mirror, literally A MIRROR!!! When asked where the axle assembly is I paid for I was told the tracking information had been lost. What a joke this place is. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK! I will be reporting this to the BBB as well. Enjoy!

    I purchased an item from Higgins on ebay. The item was not as described. I shipped it back. When they got it back they lied about the condition of the item and claimed I damaged it by using a photo of a different item. Do not give these deceitful people any of your business. Shop somewhere else.

    The woman who answered the phone refused to answer if they had a specific vehicle until i told her what parts i needed, and then rudely cuts me off after i say only 1 part. She proceeds to tell me that they didn't have the part. All of a sudden she has the ability to check the yard's stock and tells me that they have a different model than what i was looking for. I have rarely experienced such disregard for Customer Service, so hear I am writing my first google+ review.
