Yesterday I called to purchase one coil pack, which they were trying to charge me an environmental fee just because they get charged for an environmental fee doesn’t mean the customer has to pay for it. Be smart raise your prices Don’t try to hit people with an extra fee because people will run away. This is from my business point of view. Raise your price instead of adding extra fees. because I sure as hell didn’t buy anything because I am not recycling anything if I am purchasing a part why would I have to pay an environmental fee so I went to this place called Hastings turned out the part was $10 cheaper and I did not have to pay an environmental fee so who ever respond to this keep it to yourself let it burn On top of it, the guy wants to act funny about the part when I asked him who makes it He says “Walker, Texas Ranger”, in a western voice Trying to act funny well since you guys wanna act funny with customers now people are gonna see this and laugh at you guys

Very good customer service and was given a great deal. The guy even vacuumed the broken glass from car while installing a new window. Would recommend
