I called and inquired about a wheel. It was in stock. When I arrived I was shown the one I was buying and it was almost flawless. The price was better than any other I’d seen. It was installed and I was on my way in only 30 minutes. Everyone I encountered was pleasant. I would return and recommend.

Terrible ... terrible customer service.... sales rep talking fast trying to get you off the line as fast as possible. putting you on hold for a long periods of time, then transfer you to someone else that says may I help you all over again... highest prices of any auto parts store.. do not deal with them... bad experience

Very organized business, however, went there today and met a nice young lady to help me. My boyfriend and I were joking with the female employee AND HER MALE COWORKER DEE about how my car got hit and I lost my side view mirror. DEE even laughed with all of us about it and made a comment. Seconds later another customer came in and DEE sold the new customer the very part we were talking about with the female employee. He laughed about and stated he was “just faster”. I like Holbrook’s but DEE is scandalous and unprofessional.

Worst experience ever manager is a stingy motherF**er waited 3 hours for my parts bought the whole left side off a jeep patriot wont give me a rocker molding with broken tabs for $20 insisted on $45 the door they took off the switch for the window removed mirror made me buy it separate!

It was extremely busy, parking was outrageous. While waiting 35 minutes to be next, I observed every staff member be patient, courteous, and professional. Very impressed with them and their Hubbell location

I had my daughters water pump fixed there on her 2013 ford fusion it's a pretty big job tied into the timing chain the water pump got fixed but in the process of removing the timing cover and crank pully they must of removed my brake line or caliper because they didn't tighten the brake line bolt completely and I didn't find out until I test drove it the day b4 I was supposed to give it back to my daughter when I was going 80 mph on the freeway.so after ** I ** had to bleed all 4 calipers and topping off the brake fluid Reservoir it's good now. but after paying $850 for a water pump and almost dieing on the freeway they will never get my business again.

I brought a new battery from holbrook because my car wouldn't start because my car was apart of the flood well the auto mechanic and I assume that the battery was good and that electric components in my car was damage so I junk my car. I never use the battery . So I took to oreliiy only to discover the battery isn't any good at all. I junk my whole car because of this smh. I called Gus and he said it's three months later and there is nothing they can do about it I want a refund I never use the battery I will never buy nothing from them and if you get a battery from them get it check out

I came here to get two used front tires. They offered me great customer service and reasonably priced quality used tires and answered my other questions I had about other services to my car with sincere compassion without overstating the cost for the additional work. With this car and the next I'll definitely be back... plus I like their commercial jingle lol
