We were broke down on the highway and needed some pliers to be able to fix our car. They let us borrow a pair and refused to take payment when we wanted to repay them somehow. They seriously helped us out since we would've been stuck without it!!

We are very grateful to the owners for helping out our daughter. Her tire blew out on I-75 on her way to work. She exited freeway to a neighborhood she did not know, and luckily found Kings. Sold me a 2014 Chevy Captiva on 5/28/2020 and it needs a engine/timing chain; don't buy chevy captivas to sell the the public they have bad engines no GM recalls but tons of people online have the same problems. Service engine soon light came on one month after purchase. I had to quit my driving job and can't leave my abusive husband cant' see my family 2 states away have to rent a car! Burns oil, shakes back and forth at a stop light, 15-20 second rattle on cold start and engine runs after turn the key off. JUNK

This is kinda a 2 company review. My Son located a Jeep Cherokee from Kings Auto Parts that they had rebuilt. I live in Colorado. I wanted to have the Jeep checked out prior to me flying out and looking at it. Advanced Auto Sports helped my out by sending one of their mechanics to go and pick up the car take it back to the shop and did a full review of the Jeep. I felt so much better knowing that they looked over the Jeep. Marc was extremely helpful with my questions. So a big high 5 to both Advanced Auto Sports in Farmington Hills Mi and ti Kings auto parts. I ended up purchasing the jeep and it drove like a dream back to Colorado. Good new I maybe out there in a few weeks to do this all over again for a truck they are fixing up now!
