I have looked a long time to find someone who could work on my hybrid. Holden’s is the place! The staff is friendly and efficient. When you drop off your car, they give you a ride to where you need to go!! They offer coupons and discounts!! There is even cold water and coffee for customers! Since car repair and maintenance is essential in our world today, I am very thankful I found Holden’s. I had engine trouble traveling home a few days before Christmas from Orange County to Chicago and was so lucky to find Holden's Auto Service.Scott was booked up until January (since they provide such great service I am sure) but fit me in when I showed up in the waiting room.I was so relieved about an hour later when my car was back on the road for just a couple hundred strategically spent dollars.Scott knew I had a shop to make my major repairs at back in Chicago so he threw on some good used plugs and patched me up to hit the road rather than overselling me while I waited in a hotel room for my car to be fixed.Of course he told me with a little more time and money he could have her purring like a kitten and I don't doubt that because his crew was very, straightforward, knowledgeable and courteous; but again I am so grateful they were able to simply recognize and meet my imminent needs in a timely and affordable manner.Whether just passing through or looking for a good local shop, Holden's is your answer for service, quality, and value!Service: Engine repair

Holden's Auto Service treated me with courtesy and professionalism.Traveling 1900 mile road trip, Female with two small dogs, my air conditioning did not work in 86 degree temperature. I found Holden's on line and called them. Scott was professional and had my vehicle diagnosed immediately. Thank You for getting us back on the Road. Holden’s was AMAZING. Nicest guys at an auto shop I’ve ever met. We were traveling 700 miles and had some surprise car trouble and they saw us last minute and helped us get back on the road with willing and helpful attitudes! 5 stars! We were passing through town when my check engine light came on. The guy from Autozone recommended we come here and they did not disappoint! We ended up not needing a service but they were honest and up front about the diagnose. Very professional and great people to work with! Highly recommend for any car service!

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic! We were visiting Tucson, AZ over New Years and got the timing fixed by another mechanic. When driving back home to Utah I noticed my car had a big oil leak so we stopped for the night. The next day Holden’s was the only one who was able to get us in within the hour. They were extremely friendly and I felt like they really listened to us.They took a look at it and explained what they thought was going on. They even spoke to the previous mechanic for us and explained the situation. We had to take it back to the previous mechanic since it was his mistake, but Holden’s filled us up with oil for free and wished us good luck.

I had a wonderful first experience with Holdens Auto. I spoke mostly with Scott & he was very helpful. I thought my air conditioning hose was leaking, but they assured me that it wasn’t the hose, just some little valves. I really appreciated their honesty. They fixed my car in a very timely manner. I stopped here when my car was making a weird noise. It had high ratings and most certainly the best service. Ben came out and looked at my car and asked what the noise was I heard and we laughed it off and he made sure I had a ride back to work and back to my car when my car was finished. He went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of and I wasn't losing hours at work.
