We parked the 15ft uhaul truck on the lawn so it would be really easy to put all the heavy furniture in there. We filled half the truck and decided to take that to the storage so when we tried to move the truck it was stuck. We tried for half an hour but it wouldn't go forward or back. The reason this happen was because it rained all day and the ground was really saturated and the truck was parked on the lawn all day. So I called few towing company and some said they couldn't do it, some said yes but they wanted us to pay ridiculous amount. I came across Hook Me Up Towing Services on Google so I called them and they gave me reasonable price. This happened around 10:30 p.m so when they told me they'll do it for $___ , I thought that was fair since it was at night. The men over the phone said that the men name George will be there in 30 minutes. George arrived in 15 minutes or less. When he came and saw that we had fence all around the house including around the one car driveway. He said we would have to take the fence off because his truck was really big and it wasn't going to be possible winching the uhaul truck out of the front yard because of the fence but then we asked him to try to bring the truck in the driveway and give it a try. He said alright, his truck barely fit in the driveway space because the fence was on both side of the driveway he managed to bring the truck in the driveway without damaging our fence and winch out that uhaul truck in less than five minutes. We are so happy that we choose these company to help us. Thank you so much George and the company for helping us when we really badly needed your help.

The best service I have ever received in my life.. couldn’t ask for a more professional guy in my life.. he went up and beyond to make my service special.. the guy is a genius and a gentleman. I was stuck for 2 hours with no food or water. He saw me and helped me on the spot. He gave me water and I was so cold and he let me inside of his truck. It a was rainy night. My car wouldn’t start. I was so hungry he told he even bought me dinner.. we chatted and now he’s the only person I call when I’m in trouble. What a guy and what a pal. Thank you for your help. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! They told the dispatcher (from my insurance company) that they had been there and I was not there. I WAS THERE FOR 3 HOURS! Finally the Police said that I could not sit where I was any longer. They called a tow truck that managed to show up.
