I'm really disappointed that they aren't able to meet promised deadlines for deliveries. I ordered a used transmission from them over the phone and requested that they have it delivered the following morning to a shop that was only 4 miles away from them. Thought it was a good deal and it was an easy job.Following morning I call my shop to confirm if they received the transmission and they inform me that they haven't. I assume it's a small delay so I call Import Auto Supply back and they say that the transmission is only 20 minutes away. Informed my shop, didn't think much of it.Later that afternoon, I get another call from my shop and they inform me that the transmission still hasn't arrived. I call Import Auto again and they claim the delivery driver messed up and it should be showing up soon. 20 more minutes. 45 minutes pass and I pull the plug and call to cancel the order... A few minutes after that, my shop informs me that the transmission arrived but I'd already put in an order somewhere else so I tell them to turn it away.No idea if it was a good transmission or not. But if they aren't able to deliver things in a timely manner, I'd question the quality of the parts they stock as well.

This is my favorite shop to send anyone, with a bmw that needs any kind of work done , to. It's like a hidden gem. He is amazing with anything bmw! And his prices are awesome! I needed a rear differential for my 550i and Crevier quoted me 4200 and these guys did it for 1400. And when the part wasn't performing like it should he replaced it again for no charge. I will only bring my bmw here! But he can do a lot more than bmw repairs too! I'm sorry its just my, experience with him has been with my bmw but i have spoken to other people that take different makes of cars to him and everyone says the same thing I'm saying. Truly a little gem of a shop. And now that you are in on the secret you can bring your cars here too and save yourself a bunch of cash as well!

Gave me the wrong parts, would not refund me. Said they would call when they got the correct parts, they never called. They kept the wrong parts they gave me, and my $250.

There service was good up to the point where the motor they sent out had a blown head gasket after they told me that all cylinders had 120 compression, called and asked for partial refund to help with the heads had no problem refunding some of the money, then noticed that the block needed to be redecked and they wouldn’t refund the money to help pay for it. Unhappy with the service.

Just a really neat place. The building used to be a barn and is about 100 years old. Same materials still holding the place together and has that old smell I love so much. Imagine the changes throughout time that old barn has seen!

They failed to pay an invoice for a part they purchased from my company. If they are NOT responsible for taking care of a simple invoice, what does that say about the rest?? BAD FOR BUSINESS, STAY AWAY!!

I love this place, their prices are reasonable compared to any other place u could go too. personable and helpful with any issue I had with my car, or they pointed me in the right directions. Awesome place wouldn't go anywhere else thanks for everything import auto
