If I could have rated this junkyard zero stars, I would have. Pick Your Part - Anaheim knowingly purchased my stolen vehicle off the person that stole it. And they did this without any proper proof of ownership paperwork. And then they lied to me about having my car in their inventory. However I ended up finding it online on their websites online inventory. When I went to recover it the following day, it was completely picked to parts. It was sold to them on the same day that it was stolen and out in their yard right after purchasing it. My car was missing for less than 48 hours and the end result was this...(refer to photos) my car was in perfect condition and had no missing parts. When I went to recover it, the entire transmission was gone, along with many of its other parts. Deemed a total loss because my insurance doesn't cover theft, unfortunately... Now I'm literally on foot and not to mention, 7 months pregnant. I'm hoping to raise some money so that I can replace my vehicle, along with all of my belongings that were in it. (I had just purchased a ton of baby stuff and it was all in my car. Now I'm literally having to start all over. I don't have not one single thing for my baby. Everything was in my car and is now gone...)

All the people complaining about the mess and oils, have probably never changed a tire in their whole life. It is a junk yard, not the mall. You already getting parts dirt cheap and still complain about it? Wow... my only complain is the lack of track of cars and parts. You can see a car on their app and once you get there car is gone.

Actually pretty expensive for some crappy parts most of the time but that comes with any junkyard, but you can't work on literally anything the floor is a giant oily mess, constantly on the verge of falling, and be careful when removing bolts as you will move before the bolts ever do because of the slippery floor. Bring non slips if possibly and clothes you don't care about, disgusting floor you can't lay down or sit so prepare for squatting and slipping
- AAndrew
Good prices, but they need to make it possible to check actual hours. Calling gets you an automated system that literally just hangs up on you when it says its connecting you to a person. So wasted the gas driving here today to learn they closed 2 hours early
- mmanny rahimi
There are 6 checkout windows and 2 are occupied by employees, yet only one window is active. Been waiting to check out for 40 mins now.
- CChristian Hernandez
Warning the price they advertise online are not the same when you go in person. Save your self time and money and buy what you need on ebay it's way cheaper... buy online and not pick your part

These company owns many locations across Southern California, to make it easy to find the right parts , I recommend to download the Lkq app , we came to the Anaheim location to get parts for a Toyota Prius, and a Honda Accord, we found most of the parts in our list, also if you buy electrical parts or engine parts, transmissions you can get warranty and have a peace of mind in case the parts is bad you can return and get your money back, you can find from imports to domestic , just bring your tools, customer service is good, at the register window is slow they have only one window open , and customers asking many questions jaja

Yo why they close the Katella location?! This Beach location is trash. Why did you guys lay tar all over the floor? Makes a mess. Not good.

I think it's crazy how greedy pyp has become 5 bucks for entrance is insane and they are charging 300 bucks for 4 wheels without tires and they have a core charge? It's almost as expensive as buying new parts, use to be you could fix your car for cheap now it's a hard to even get junkyard parts. Super dissatisfied
- TTrista Payne
everyone that answers the phones here are incredibly rude & unprofessional. yelling at people to speak up or being incredibly impatient with their customers. i’d go anywhere else but here.
- JJuan Serrano
They Really Organized Check Their aplication link for inventory write description of your Car make Their sistem shows if they have one available What # of row and location exactly Is really good you can save time
- kken Nelson
It's a bit confusing when you first pull in and finding the entrance can be tricky since it's not well-marked. However, they make up for it with their speed and efficiency in everything else.

Just had a great experience at Pick Your Part so I had to write about it here. I had been looking for a front grill toyota emblem for my car for ages now as the original one broke and fell off a long time ago. My brother-in-law was gracious enough to help take me to Pick You Part - Anahiem as we found the emblem online. We weren't sure what we would find but when we got there the beautifully gracious Alejandra was in the front to greet us. We showed her the part we found online and told her it was our first visit there. She was amazing as she knew exactly where the part was, helped lead us back to find the car and even helped in holding down one of the tabs so we could pull the emblem out of the grill without breaking it. Literally took us 10 minutes in and out of the place and cost a total of $12 for the part ($5 entry + $7 part cost). Can't say enough Alejandra for all her help other than Thank you again! I Highly Recommend this place if you are looking for a hard to find part. Thank you!

$3 entrance fee. pretty well organized, I have always found the part that I'm looking for and in good condition. Prices have gone up over time but that's the same everywhere. They have a used tire sale every Saturday $12 any size and there is some good selection.

As far as junkyards go, $3 to get in seems like a good deal for such a convenient location, pretty good online inventory tracking and yard organization.
- JJason Edmonds
The yard was decent. Quite a few vehicles. Although, by the time I actually saw my, “back in stock” email, I arrived at the yard 4 hours later & the part I needed (Camry Brake Master Cylinder) was already gone! Walked around & this specific part was gone from Every model on the lot! Super Disappointing! Aside from that the yard is pretty legit. With my only complaints being that while they give you a list w/the vehicle you chose’ location. None of the rows or aisles are even marked! & The worst part is there is a Crazy Insane amount of slick slippery oils/grease on the ground pretty much covering the entire yard. Far worse than I’ve ever seen anywhere else! Oh & there’s no 15 minutes until we close buzzer!…

I'm starting to think this pick youre part the other 1 a mile away are both doing something to sell out on cars . I been a number of times to these two particular places for some particular cars , I see the pictures online and go almost immediately maybe 10 am the latest . Once o get there the car looks nothing like the picture . All the engine or good parts are gone . It's impossible that some one gone and took all those larts in matter of under an hour . This place advertised online to just bring in customers just to find out their vehicle of choice is almost totally dismantled. I'm very upset now

Never had any problems with the parts I get or the workers, until that little white guy with a mouth started working there. He needs to shut his mouth and do his job. It doesn't matter what I make or how I spend my money just do your job. The only thing that should come out of your mouth is yes sir, have a nice day sir.
- NNigga Navarro
5 dollars for entrance and there isn,t anything you leave spending 5 dollars
- JJeff
It's ten minutes past opening time and they still haven't opened yet. Maybe they are still reorganizing in the back. Not sure what it is,but they should be more prepared. There is a line of 20 people in front of me and 20 people behind me. Is our time not worth anything. Get it together!
- JJ
Front guy was helpful and printed out where the cars that matched might be on my receipt. When checking out, I didn't know the warranty was an additional fee added on without my consent. Didn't notice until after leaving.

Never coming here again. Prices have skyrocketed. Maybe it's just this location or LKQ as a whole has changed. Complete sticker shock just from a few months ago. Almost not worth it. They also have a person that walks you to the register to double confirm the parts you are buying with the window person. Just lower prices and fire those extra line people that provide no value. Gunna check another LKQ location to see if it's just this one that's bad. Might not use LKQ anymore unless I'm truly desperate.

Very good work staff, the cashier Alejandra very friendly and professional in her work Excellent Great fast service

This place is a scam. Total crooks. I was selling my car. When l called they they one price for if they pick up and another if you drive it to their location. The difference is about $200.00 I decided to drive it to get $200.00 more but when I got there they only offered the same price as a pick-up price. And my car is in excellent condition with no damage. Tires were only 9 months old

Sold my 2005 volvo for 435$

Don’t bother coming here. I always come here just to have fun and brake car windows. 3 times Iv thought about taking things such as plastic Mazda and Honda logos. They are so overpriced you won’t belive it. Iv never bought somthing here because when I go to buy it I realize they’re charging me just as much as it would be brand new online. They quoted me $40 for a plastic Mazda logo. They are a huge scam don’t even waste your time pulling the part you need. Go to the dealership or online you’ll get it same price or even cheaper and new

Usually prices are fair. However; Today’s prices were out there… The cashier with glasses (#3 or #4) was trying to over charge me a warranty price w/o asking. ($9:00) 😱I spoke with the boss they had today Thursday and he was trying to charge me the same for a 1.5 ft of molding priced on website for $1.99 per foot. $8.56 w/warranty. I understand there’s no 1/2 ft price so charge me $4.00 but $9.00 +tax 🤦♀️ I finally told him I didn’t want it and he told me if I would take it for the posted price.🙄 The website also says free entry. $3 Which usually gets discounted at checkout. Not Today- 😎 5⭐️complement to cashier #3211 on #5, Jose at entry, and Pedro @tires for great customer service, they are courteous and helpful. Gracias 👍🏼
- YY Chuy
They will autocharge you on a warranty they won't even ask you if you want the warranty. Scam makes you feel more scammed then the prices already
- TTony
Nice yard compared to the ones I usually frequent. Not a huge fan of the big mat they have in the yard so oil, coolant, fluids etc don't stain the concrete as it makes it a bit slippery but it's also a fairly clean yard with little to no parts clogging up the aisles. Prices were a bit high in my opinion but I probably could have explained the parts better. Other than that it's a great yard and had the car I was waiting for at my local yard.
- LLaura
A 3$ entrance fee. Perfect for someone willing to work on their car on a small budget. You definitely need tools. The app is very helpful and includes rewards. You must have close-toed shoes. Some of their prices on parts are more reasonable than others so make sure to check prices online before you go and shop around for prices on new parts so you know you're getting the best deal.
