JD's is part of our normal experience . They pay a fair price for all types of metal and electronics. And they are convenient. We get treated better than we do at the metro recycle centers.

Very good people, they will go out of their way to help, answer any questions you may have fair price on parts. Great mechanics. They are very fair, scrap prices are very low , NO car will bring very much money at the moment. Consider yourself lucky you got a hundred.

Been getting jipped on payment of certain metals and motors.... I am well aware of what I've brought and the weight it should've scaled.My Family has been doing business with them for years and a particular employee of a certain type of metal, gets greedy and thinks it is overlooked.I am a female, but certainly aware of my surroundings. Not good quality of service

Not sure how legitimate this place is. Brought in my Saab 9-3 to be scrapped was only given 167 dollars for a 4000 pound car. Looked at the receipt and noticed over 1000 pounds was subtracted from the net weight of the car. Another instance is when I brought in 68 pounds of steel, brass and copper, which they ran as nothing but tin and paid me only 2.50.... Last time I checked solid copper, brass and steel didnt qualify as tin.
