Steedam towed a vehicle I own took 2 hours of my husbands time before they would except the documentation he had as the owner of the vehicle then required form of payment only in cash. Who only takes cash and requires this much time from a person? Unacceptable service. Then when I called to express my concerns they hung up on me. Service: Car towing

Was on my way to Tulsa Ok from Centerton AR when my truck broke down saturday evening in Chouteau called a couple companies I found on google and no one was interested in towing me home 70 miles or wanted extremely too much...... Called Steddum and the gentlemen on the phone was very nice and said they have no problem doing the tow and to my surprise gave me a afford price and decent price considering it was closing time on a saturday and a 70 mile one way trip driver got to my location in just 10 minutes after calling got truck hooked up and gave me ride back to Arkansas! These guys are very affordable reliable and professional that is hard to come by these days thanks again guys for saving the day!!Service: Car towing
