Steedam towed a vehicle I own took 2 hours of my husbands time before they would except the documentation he had as the owner of the vehicle then required form of payment only in cash. Who only takes cash and requires this much time from a person? Unacceptable service. Then when I called to express my concerns they hung up on me. Service: Car towing

Was on my way to Tulsa Ok from Centerton AR when my truck broke down saturday evening in Chouteau called a couple companies I found on google and no one was interested in towing me home 70 miles or wanted extremely too much...... Called Steddum and the gentlemen on the phone was very nice and said they have no problem doing the tow and to my surprise gave me a afford price and decent price considering it was closing time on a saturday and a 70 mile one way trip driver got to my location in just 10 minutes after calling got truck hooked up and gave me ride back to Arkansas! Our car was impounded and it costed us 200 to go get it out the next day and it was only taken 1/2 a mile down the road. They also misplaced our key to the car.

I drive a car hauler that had been rear-ended during the ice storm on I-69. My trailer was damaged along with a couple trucks. Cory did an excellent job on taking the trailer apart with heavy equipment with no further damage so that i could unload all my vehicles and store them with them until insurance came. We ran into an issue with our U-Haul trailer after 11 pm on a Friday. Keith from Steddum's came out and has us up and running in a matter of an hour! He was awesome and super professional and kind! I highly recommend if your in the area to search out these guys if you need wrecker services! They are absolutely amazing!!!

I had brake issues while moving across the country with a Uhaul and broke down late at night just outside of Chouteau. Steddum Wrecker was quick to arrive and tow my truck and trailer to their shop. They also went out of their way helping me to find a hotel and shuttle me to and from the hotel. In the morning they quickly fixed my truck and helped me move all of my belongings to a new trailer getting me on the road only a few hours behind schedule. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with automotive services and I highly recommend them and their quick friendly quality service.

They sold my buddy's car less then a month of having it and he was in jail nobody let him know anything that's not right at all know he has nothing cause everything he owned was in there too!
