Jared responded to my call immediately! Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. I was able to text him photos of our needs and he provided a very fair and honest quote, which he stuck with when the job was finished. He and his crew showed up on time (!), were all dressed professionally in company branded jackets, were polite and respectful. When weather restricted them from getting up my driveway, they were flexible in setting up a time later in the day. Jared was incredibly helpful, responsive and just a really nice guy! We just moved into our new home and the town limits the amount of trash weekly, so we were in need of removal pretty quickly. Jared called me back on a Friday night and he was able to give me a quote with pictures by the next morning. Scheduling was so easy and Jared followed up as promised beforehand.
