My donut went flat on 128 they came with a flatbed and drove my honda carefully up on to the ramp instead of hooking up to and bending my tie rods ...thank you! also the price was cheaper than what i expected to pay and the driver was very kind and was quick to get to us. i would definitely recommend these guys for a tow!

They hire people that don't know what they are doing with a tow truck and then charge you $108 to srnd another driver to help their own employee that they hire wth no experience.. and charge state police prices when it's a local tow

This place of business was called by AAA. The guy came with an attitude, yelling swearing because we broke the key in the ignition THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY AND RUN MY HUSBAND OVER WITH THE TOW TRUCK. All you had to do was say you couldn’t tow it, to call AAA back for a flat bed. I’ve NEVER experienced such disrespect and unprofessional in my life

I’ve never felt the need to write a review but this company stinks! My car left with more problems than it was sent in with. Beware! Owners need customer service and *diversity* training.

James the tow man refused to tow my car because of the location of the car assuming its a auto shop in no shape or form where the car is located that this in an auto shop his response was it weird and I won’t do that Job. I feel like once he saw my husband and the color of his skin he didn’t want to do the JOB !!!!!!!!!I am so upset and we now have to wait hours for another tow to come this is such an inconvenience.

8:20AM Thursday June 4, 2020. A car (something strange: maybe a PT Cruiser?) emblazoned with the "New Beverly Auto Clinic" logo was flying down County Way in Beverly at 50 mph. This is a residential road where state law dictates the speed limit is 25. I had my toddler daughter and my dogs in the front yard with me when the car flew past, never even slowing at the sight of a young child. Would you support a local business that has no problem putting local people in danger? Would you trust a business with your automobile when they're completely reckless with their own? @New Beverly Auto Clinic: Maybe try to raise the bar on who you're hiring and recruit someone intelligent enough to remember that they literally have the name of the business on the side of the automobile. By behaving this way, they are actively hurting your brand. I'll never call you for any reason now, and I'll encourage everyone else on my street to do the same.

I called in a tow via AAA and James from Beverly Auto Clinic showed up. He apparently found it suspicious that I needed a tow from Beverly and refused to tow it. This forced my family to wait hours until the next available tow company. Very shady business!

These guys are awesome. Car needed a new battery and but things were complicated when it turned out there was severe corrosion and battery acid that fused itself to the terminals. They fixed the issue quickly and got me back on the road and back to work. Highly recommend.

The young man that came to my aid was very respectful, courteous, pleasant. AAA is another matter!!!!! Your dispatcher was very quick to get me service. Since I had to wait 3 hours. Not toe company fault

I just moved to MA in January and I had had to call NBAC twice now. Both times they have came to my house to help with my vehicles. They are very considerate and they do not price gouge. They're open on Sundays which is awesome. I will be using them in the future as needed.
