They arrived on time, were super friendly, and gave me clear guidelines on how they’d price the job. After we agreed upon the price they managed to knock out the garage in about 30 minutes and then they were on their way. After leaving the feedback on Thumbtack due to the price is way higher than what shown website, Andrew Thompson gave me a call and yelled at me non stop for 1 minute. I wish I could record the call because he didn’t even try to explain or resolve anything but just yelled and cursed. Then he hung up.The price on Thumbtack is $80 for half a truck. The trash I have is about a truck and his quote is $495. That means the trash must be 2.5 truck loads. The other three quotes I got were less than $200. I have attached the picture of the trash as a reference.He also postponed twice due to double booking (1st time) and weather (2nd time). I give this feedback based on how unprofessional he was when he called me.

SAME DAY service. Andrew was very helpful from the start, he was determined to make sure we could do same day service even with short notice. Him and Jordi were excellent with following instruction as I was not able to be present for the junk removal. They were able to make way into the storage unit and promptly remove everything. They made good on the next business day, and fortunately it wasn’t too much of a hassle to keep my junk where it was at. Everything about this experience was positive. The initial call & scheduling was quick and easy, they sent text messages to confirm the pick up time and date, and another when they were in their way.Once they arrived, the gentleman were extremely courteous and efficient. They even helped move the plants on my porch so avoid damaging them.
