I had a bunch of stuff left over from a yard sale that didn't quite go as good as I was hoping for. U CALL WE HAUL was there to help me out! I was planning an event the following weekend and had so much stuff left over that I needed gone asap. They definitely got the job done! Very professional and reliable. We were emptying out a storage unit. Every thing was very straight forward, except a very old and beat up player piano. But with a little thought and a couple of tries the crew got it up in the truck. It weighed several hundred pounds. Taking apart would have taken a lot longer. I was very happy with the results.Thank you for the great service.

I was disappointed by the dishonest quote. The lady answered the phone said it was $450 for a full dumpster load, and did not mention any extra charges. After the two gentlemen removed all the card boxes we had in the backyard, they charged $550 for the full dumpster load, and $150 of labor. Wish they were upfront with a honest quote.

I am a property manager. I called this company to haul away some junk and debris as we were remodeling. They told me over the phone, they take everything. They get here and only took 10% of what we had, and then told me, oh ya, we don't take this, or this or this. After they had already told me on the phone that they take everything. Then it took them 3 days, to only haul away a few things. I had to call another company to come out and finish their job. Then the owner kept coming by and harassing me, every single day, until he got his payment. Even after I explained to him (before he even started work) that I do not pay invoices from this office. That I needed to send the bill to my accounting person and they would pay him. He kept demanding I pay him right there, after I explained I don't know how many times, our payment policy. Which he knew before we even hired him. Never again.

My elderly parents where moving out of their home of many decades and I was in charge of clearing it out. I contacted this junk removal company and made arrangements for them to come out in a few weeks. They were always very pleasant on the phone. They showed up on time and were very efficient. I certainly would hire them again!

My husband and I downsized to a smaller home. We had a lot of STUFF plus the old homeowner left things she didn't want to dispose of. The men were very accomodating and helped me de-cluter with more work than they had expected!! I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I've used this company twice. They were very professional and upfront about charges and how it all works. 3 guys came to haul out construction junk from my house, and they worked hard and fast! Very happy with the service.

Needed a dumpster delivered in preparation for an out of state move. They delivered on time and picked up on time. No problems and the price was good.
