Calvin was the tow truck driver. He was very careful with my vehicle, very helpful and helped me very carefully in and out of the truck. He was very respectful and I felt very comfortable with him. For a tow yard they are surprisingly reasonable. Had my motorcycle stolen, and when it was recovered and taken here I wasn't charged the standard police impound fee- just the normal fee. They even were willing to permit me to keep my motorcycle in their parking lot for a few days (didn't end up being that long) for no additional charge for hope I waited for my insurance company to pick it up.Megan was very friendly and understanding. Just be aware that as with all tow yards, it takes longer than you think it should to get your vehicle back. I left feeling good even after I was at first very agitated at the condition of my motorcycle and the hoops I had to jump through.

AAA was the roadside service but everything is done via phone and am never given a human during the "scheduling" for the tow and was confirmed for a ETA of 9:00pm (at latest due to they were not busy) - was 7:30pm when I first called. At about 10:30 I called for an update but waited forgot a human (had to hold over 15 minutes to talk with one. Said would be another 2 hours 🤔 Reminded her the owner of car is 92 years old and I am her 70 year old caregiver..(yeah, blind leading..... but we sometimes like to get to bed earlier - was given NO options but to wait until tomorrow and call them back; said would not schedule it. Frustrated, I hung up and went out to the car to tape garbage bags on 3 windows that had to be covered because weather channel said storms 50%possible then Johns tow drives up the driveway and Mike is great 👍, professional and friendly, possessed good common sense, often rare these days. Mike did everything right and didn't have to tape more than half a window. Needed to add, Mike was smart enough to still drive by my place even though I cancelled the tow, and told me he saw lights on - was glad of his wise choice, thanks Mike, was a great job!Service: Battery

Someone stole my bottles of cologne and my sons AirPods out of my car! If I could give them a -10 I would! I’m reporting them to the BBB too! My car was towed that wasn’t an open pass to still! This is very unprofessional and tasteless! I really pray the thief suffers in life!

I called for a jump when my battery died and was told they would see me in half hour. More than an . hour later I called to find out what happened and the lady hung up on me. Since I thought it had to be an accident I called back and let the phone ring until someone picked up and immediately hung up on me. So I called another service. After all this John's called to ask if I still needed them but the other service had already been there and jumped it. Obviously I do not recommend calling John's towing

Been trying to get a tow with this company through AAA since Friday at 4😡. They said 2.5 hours. Needless to say it’s Sunday after one pm three phone calls and still no tow!
