    Very helpful and friendly. John's will pick up for you so you don't have to make arrangements to haul the electronics to another location, which is great if you are in an office downtown with a lot of electronics that need recycling. Prices are extremely reasonable. They are AWESOME.

    I had four laptops I needed to get rid of but didn't want to toss in the trash - as their website promised, there was no charge to recycle them at John's. 10/10 would use again. Be sure to read the contact page for the address; the store front will be in the alley, roughly behind the parking lot between Blackwater/Greysolon and Norshor.
