From initial contact to final pickup, every aspect of my transaction was handled with utmost professionalism at a level that's frankly hard-to-find these days!On the phone, when I first contacted him, he was polite, patient, well-spoken, and laid out the schedule of fees and logistics of the experience in a way that anyone could understand. His website is modern and easy-to-use, with diagrams that explain clearly what to expect in volume from which-ever dumpster you choose to rent. His driver was equally service-oriented and proactively contacted me the day-of to makes sure he was placing the dumpster in the right location for me.Pickup happened right on time, with no trash left behind, and my payment was processed (and accurate to his estimate) immediately upon weigh-in. I don’t typically write reviews but I just had to for Jonny’s Junk Hauling and Dumpster Rental. Believe me when I say that I cannot emphasize just how positive my experience was with Jonathan and his company. I had been browsing around different junk removal sites to clean out my parents’ house for Christmas (a lot of junk. I mean picture 70% of a hoarder house). Most of the people I reached out to took a while to respond and their dumpsters where small and expensive. They also couldn’t get one to me for a few weeks. Once I came across Jonny’s and asked for a quote, I had a phone call within seconds from the boss man himself. Yes, within seconds. And he kept to those timely responses every time I had a question. The dumpsters they have are huge! 30 yards was big enough to hold over 5 tons (not an exaggeration, literal tons) of stuff with room to spare! We rented it for the week and it was way cheaper than any other place I looked at. Plus, they had the dumpster to me the next day! Wes was excellent as well, very kind when he dropped off the dumpster (even when I asked him to move it twice he didn’t seem bothered at all). And after the week, we were all finished and I called and had it taken away that day. I will say that unfortunately we had a miscommunication about pricing but Jonathan made sure I was happy at the end. It was still cheaper than most places regardless. Anyways, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to spruce up any home. This is how you run a business. Jonathan was quick to respond and get me scheduled for a debris box. He delivered on time and let my son push the button on the remote to release debris box on our driveway. What a treat for a 3 yo! Our driveway is not the easiest to deal with but he did great getting down our narrow gravel driveway. I actually just scheduled a second debris box, to be delivered next week. I have never written a review for a service before before but ABSOLUTELY want to do this now for Jonny's Junk...I called for a large yard waste project yesterday, they showed up today, INCREDIBLY professional, full team that went after the work and just killed it.
