    While I was looking for a company to buy my old vehicle, I called these guys. The gentleman on the phone was pleasant to talk to, professional, and confident in himself. He offered me a fair price on my vehicle, we agreed, and he told me his guy that normally sets up pickup times with their drivers is currently sick, so they had someone filling in and that guy would give me a call shortly. No problem. By the end of the next day, no call. So I call to follow up the Friday of that week, and he said I would receive a call by the end of the day. No call. I give him the weekend, call back on Monday, remind him of who I am, and I was told his regular guy is back and the last guy just wasn't doing his job. It is now the following Monday and I have sold the vehicle because his regular guy didn't call me either. They just won't do their job, and that's what the owner told me. Wish it would have worked out better.

    This guy was extremely rude on the phone. Once he found out I wasn't going to sell my car he hung up in my face. Dont give hime your time or money.

    Pretty rude on the phone from my view. Even if the estimate to pickup my car was good, I probably would use somebody else who would pay me less but was friendlier.
