    I found this location to not only have good inventory, but very clean and very friendly staff. The location manager took time out of his schedule to greet me and assure his staff met my needs. How refreshing in today’s business environment “I don’t care.” I can assure you I will tell me friends and colleagues about this pull-a-part location. Well done to the gentleman who runs it.

    Pricing is outrageous, I’ve gone to junkyards my whole life and these prices are close to what you can buy stuff for on eBay or new even. Also when you’re at the counter and the person is ringing you up they’ve got the part police walking around making sure they’re ringing you up for as much as possible. They could’ve made a 30 dollar sale on something that was otherwise trash but the part police decided it was something else and the price jumped to 90 bucks. Skip this place and go somewhere local with a better selection and definitely better pricing.

    Just like all the other reviews say, there pricing is getting ridiculous. $21.99 for the tires they break down. $33.99 for steel rim and tire with a $3 core. It was whatever the core was is what they charged for the rims. Needless to say I have $8-9 on rims I can't use I just needed the tires. Have dome this since they first opened. No need for management to respond with a bull shit answer. I have done contacted corporate and talked to the site supervisor. They said they would break the tires down that wanted for $6. So it would be $21.99 plus $6. But the tires they choose to take off and sell they don't charge the $6. Bad business for sure,it happens when companies get big.

    Couldn't get my answers online about their policies for return items...My wife and her aunt went there last month and purchased a hood and two headlights for her Chevy Aveo they were helped by the employees then to find the correct vehicle well of course it was not the right hood or headlights so I called Knoxville and Nashville locations multiple times this morning...no answer...I kept getting a message that it was outside of their hours and to call back Monday through Saturday even though they were open today on Sunday as they are 7 days a week 362 days a year I think...so we traveled all the way to Knoxville to return the hood and headlights that were not right for her car...Of course you can only get store credit on returns but we got there and they acted as though we had brought them back something that was not theirs and that we had damaged it since the purchase... They really treated us kind of shitty at the Knoxville location today... considering we had very little experience with how they work the employees were not helpful at all with us as new customers...instead they just pretty much shoved us aside to help others and had to go look up pictures of this vehicle hood my wife bought last month because they were bound and determined to prove that it was not damaged like that when she bought it... besides the fact that it was not correct it of course was already damaged in that manner and I had to get a real bright light and help the employee find his little tiny yellow marks on this yellow hood to prove that it was there merchandise after all that run around they simply told my wife to take it and go throw it in the dumpster as if that was her job to do in the meantime I was just pointed out to the back of the lot with very little description as to where to find a vehicle I was looking for...quite frankly overall it was kind of a shitty experience and if I'm not mistaken I heard an employee tell another employee that my wife and I talked a lot as if we were just jabbering their ear off but frankly that would be impossible considering these employees really paid very little attention to our needs as customers nor did they seem to give a shit and keep in mind if you don't live close by it's a crap shoot whether they'll even have your part when you get there so I'll be going to Nashville to try to get the rest of our store credit used from the $180 plus my wife spent on parts that were not right for her car...anyway just thought everybody should know you can Pay your money...take your chances but I probably won't be back to the Knoxville locations that's for sure

    *no local number*. Calling goes to call center If you are coming from far away don’t. They can’t tell you anything. All they do is apologize. Who TF runs a business with no phone number? Seems to cater to locals that can get there easily. Not for people that are far away. This is where you have to consider money over time. Is it worth your time ??? Or gas and travel time over parts. I won’t be back and idgaf what they respond with. I’ll drive over to Chattanooga or Nashville if I’m coming that far. I live over an hour away. At least other businesses have the decency to say yes the vehicle is still there or no it’s not. And have a way to contact them. Profits over people obviously. Vague information. They know we need to save a few bucks so they can make the maximum amount without spending a lot of overhead. Again profits over people. And I’m sure they will give some sorry excuse as to why I didn’t like my visit. lol. Whatever ! lol 😂

    Today was my first time to the Pullapart . I was greeted by Thomas with a warm welcome and a huge smile . He gave all the info we needed to navigate around and on our way out there he was again same amazing attitude and smile again . He thanked me for coming and even invited me back . I never expected service like this from a junk yard but I sure felt important and I recommend anyone to come here and get the parts you need with a smile. Thanks Thomas for making my day.

    People are very nice. Grounds are very clean and organized by rows. Make sure to bring every tool you will need because they don't loan or sale any tools. Not a bad idea to bring a battery powered saws all too. They also have a good selection of used tires mounted and not mounted.

    The Staff are amazing and very helpful! It was a great experience and they had exactly what I needed!!! The lady at the front check-in was super nice!!! She was Very helpful and accommodating at finding the part I needed!!!

    They price the parts as if they are new a little back up camera they wanted almost 70$ for and it had like 4 inches of wire attached they need to remember where they started and came from y’all are a joke

    Love the pull a part but I live in sweetwater Tennessee and wish there was one closer to me I don't mind the ride to them but I'm getting older and have some medical problems but I still manage to get there somehow thank you pull a part for taking care of me when I come see you ( I'm a vip ) member A Lot of parts on this truck came from there it's a daily .

    The lot itself is great, employees inside are always very helpful as well. I only wish they could make some improvements to their automated phone system. I regularly get stuck in an endless loop of it repeating itself or not understanding me. Other than that I definitely recommend them

    THEY HAVE FIVE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES. THEY SELL USED CARS HERE REASONABLE PRICE. HANDICAP FRIENDLY WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING. VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. GREAT EXPERIENCE FIND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR MY CAR.2$ FEE TO ENTER BUILDING WITH CARD MEMBER.

    I can not begin to tell you how HORRIBLE my experience was with this company. IDK what their lot has to offer, but as to picking up my vehicle they had me waiting in a window time from 8am-5pm. I called every hour to be told their drivers were running behind and dispatch was escalating it. THEY HAVE NO DISPATCH NOR DRIVERS! They contract Towing companies, finally I was able to speak with the actual Towing company. They were NEVER COMING. I was not scheduled for them. Every person I spoke to gave me different answers and excuses. I can handle honest mistakes, but incompetence and unprofessionalism combined with lack of communication and outright lies is too much. I took a day off work to wait for a truck that was NEVER coming. I feel so sorry for the Towing company. Their reputation could have been tarnished by this joke of an operation. They were the nicest people and helped me figure out where the disconnect was. The OWNER HIMSELF came today to pick up my vehicle and apologize. He doesn't owe anyone an apology. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE apologizing to them!

    I always love coming here whenever I need anything. The prices are great and the service is the best part! I highly recommend getting Jenny to help you. She goes above and beyond for the customers that come in and she answered all of my questions without any hesitation. This place is great and I will for sure be back.

    I really was impressed with how well they have kept the grounds maintained and picked up. I would have given 5 stars but calling them to ask about my coat I left up there has resulted in at least a half an hour of hold time and never actually being able to talk to anyone. Just an automated call service meant to keep anyone from bothering them. Sucks to see all their hardwork be tarnished by such a very poor customer service reputation.

    It seems like the photos of the vehicle are wrong. Also their price might be reasonable for some, but if you need any specific part please first check eBay, before coming here, you might found out that any small parts with electronics like motor pump, abs module, cable harness, or door locks are half the price on eBay, compared to here. The only scenario where you should buy from here is if you need body panels or can't find small parts of eBay.
