The company came to help remove 30 years (or more) of junk from my parents' garage. They were on time, they were polite, worked hard and fast. They were pretty amazing. I would tell any friends or family to use them. They really went above and beyond and kept the price at the full dumpster charge that was online. Their employee, Greg, did all the heavy lifting - fantastic!

Professional. Your phone calls are answered by a real live person. For the pickup, the driver needed a smaller truck so as not damage the retaining walls. Knowing when NOT to do something marks you a pro. Very smooth service AND website. I give Junk & Demo Pros my highest recommendation.

I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs to remove junks. The office staffs were very friendly and professional. The field workers (Young and Charlie) were exactly on time and gave us text messages before they arrive, extremely hard working, super efficient, amazingly thorough and very very friendly. I've worked with many contractors/vendors for my home and real estates, and this company was by far the BEST. We rented a dumpster. They were easy to schedule with, and even reschedule with (I had gotten the initial dates wrong and changing it was no problem), they dropped off and picked up in a timely fashion, and were generally very professional.Cons: apparently almost hit my brother’s car with the dumpster when dropping it off, and I had to correct the drop-off address *twice.* It only through sheer luck that I caught the miscommunication and avoided having the dumpster dropped off at the wrong house. But eh, mistakes happen and they were reasonable so I’d def recommend them.Service: Junk removal

These guys are great! I bought a 1,000 sq. ft. hoarder house and they had the place cleared out within a single day! They even came back a couple days later when we had some old roofing shingles and an antenna to haul off. They're timely, friendly, and affordable. 5 stars all the way around.

Junk Pros have provided top notch customer service to me as I started demo on my house remodel! I thought I'd need 1 dumpster on a Friday, which I scheduled a week in advance, but we filled it. I called up Junk Pros and they accommodated me by picking #1 up and dropping off #2 that same day! Well, we filled up #2. So I called back, and they scheduled me for early Saturday morning pickup of #2 and drop off of #3. Then by the end of Saturday we'd filled #3! I got in touch with Junk Pros AGAIN and they scheduled early Sunday pickup of #3 and drop off of #4! Customer service was responsive and the drivers were super skilled/efficient. They didn't even make fun of my poor planning and helped me get all my waste taken care of. 10/10 would use again.
