Called the national number since I couldn't get through locally and was waiting for someone to answer for 1.5 hours for the guy to tell me that he had no idea if they had the part then hang up on me. Horrible customer service.

Called twice. First time someone answered they were doing a weird prank voice and hung up on me? Called every department at this place afterwards and can't get anyone to answer

Tried to call and locate a specific part and got the snottiest tone about "not being that type of lot we don't inventory those" and "we don't just let people walk around and pull parts off" which i never even asked for. I barely even got to ask if they had the vehicle, which i never got an answer for. 0/10, stay away.
