    I was looking for a radio trim bezel for my son’s car and is not a part that they keep in their regular inventory but I called and talked to Rolando and he was great to work with (the only reason for 2 stars). Very helpful and willing to help. They had the exact same car in their inventory in Redmond, OR so Rolando emailed the store and asked if they would pull it and how much they would charge. He got back to me and said they quoted him $67 for a piece of plastic trim from a 13 year old car!! They are asking $81 for the actual stereo unit. I emailed Rolando back and said I could get a new one for $40 and asked if they could do any better in the price. He said that they wouldn’t budge on the price. That price is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely won’t ever go to them if they are going to gouge people on prices.

    Just recently I contacted them via their "contact us" on their site. It's been somewhere around a week now and I haven't gotten any sort of response. This makes another bad experience for me with this company. Last two times I've dealt with them, they want an arm and a leg for used parts and one of the two times they assured me they inspected the rear axle and it was in great condition. Once I installed it in my truck it was howling louder than my old one. I had to take it to a gear shop to have it completely rebuilt. I would have saved time and been money ahead buying a new one from the get go. I don't trust this company and they will no longer receive my business

    My husband has been looking for the right radiator for couple months now and prices have been extremely high for a used one. Almost as much as a new. But with 1 call to Brads yesterday he found the right one and we picked it up today. Thank you Fernando at Brads Auto wrecking you made him one Very Happy man

    I got a replacement engine from them. It was just as they claimed it was and at a good price. The core charge was reasonable too ($100) although I opted to keep the old engine because the parts were worth more than the core charge. It took longer to pull than they said it would and a zip-tie they used to hold one of the wire harnesses in place actually cut through the wires. They were friendly and helpful and I would recommend them.

    I went there to buy a seat. I was told I had to pay for it before they would pull it and that I would also have to come back for it the next day. That wouldn't be so bad but they wouldn't even let me look at it first. Pay first without seeing it and then come back for it the next day? Brilliant policy! Also, they quoted me $220.00. Instead I went to B&R and only payed $75.00 for one that I could see first and get right away.

    Bought a wheel they had in stock online, that I showed up to buy and they got it. After returning core wheel in person it was cheaper than online. People were nice. Problem was their computers were all messed up making the process a pain. I will go back if I need to.

    These people are a joke. They say you can get the part today and then when you pay over the phone they say it will be ready Tuesday. Today is Friday by the way. Also they quoted me at 70 dollars for a mirror then tried charging me 80 then 75. The guy said he would figure out the price and call me back in about 20mins. A hour and 40mins later he finally called back. Brads lgbq or whatever they are incompetent.

    This location has some oppertuities for growth. I think the biggest thing they need to improve is getting someone who is on the phones full time. The response to calling in every time is a poor and with a company as large as LKQ I have come to expect more from other locations. This location overall just seems to be under staffed and under paid you get a very strong impression that the staff is under stress.

    Don't call this phone number. When he answered he immediately put me on hold, and 8 minutes later he hung up (or the automated system hung up). I would hope their customer service is much better in person, but I don't know for sure!

    Called to order a part on 1/15. Got called on 1/16 that the part was in. Went to the store to pick it up just to find out that the part was in Portland not Redmond. Called on 1/17 to find out if the part was in. Spent around 20 minutes on the phone just to be told that they couldn’t find my order even though they withdrew the payment. The majority of the time on the phone was on hold. No local number to call.

    Good service getting the part we needed however horrible service on core reimbursements they put the credit on our debit card said it would be a couple days called at 5 days was told to wait 2 more days went to the bank no credit anywhere called at 7 days still they are blaming the bank but was told it would be in our account within 72 hours Merry Christmas to us thanks for holding our $75 core credit and messing up Christmas...

    Ordered a part and it didn't fit our car. It took a while to get a refund and had to leave our part at the store without our money. It made us very nervous. Would not go there again.

    Just got a used tail-light cover...It was the by far the best price I could find online or anywhere else and they were able to order the part from Portland the next day.

    The Bend Oregon location Will not even look for the parts I need that I know they have, tell you they have parts they do not have, absolutely worthless establishment... I sure miss the old days when you could go to a wrecking yard and find what you needed. The people they hire behind the counter is nowadays are borderline mentally retarded
