Called this morning and was assisted with setting up an appointment over the phone by a very nice young lady. Less than an hour later, two friendly gentlemen arrived and quickly and efficiently took out two large (and very heavy) pieces of furniture I no longer wanted. Very happy with both the office staff and professionals who removed the items. We had some old furniture that needed haul away on a second floor condo. They were some very large items and definitely a multi person job. The team arrived exactly on time, provided an estimate and when we agreed on price quickly and efficiently removed mattresses sofas and armoires that were quite heavy/bulky. No walls were scratched and the gentleman were very courteous and efficient. I would use junk long again. I did have a mismatch in my head on the cost expectations but they worked with me on price and after watching the effort I realized I had gotten a very good deal, one that saved my time my back, and my children from a stream of cursing!Service: House & garage cleanouts
