    The first time i went i needed a good price for my dead car. They took the risk and hard work. Very much appreciated The second time, they gave me a good price on tires, and the guy dropped down when i tried to figure out why a lady said twenty and he said okay he needs to get rid of it and the price is ridiculous for that tire. Thanks guys. The staff is great.

    Definitely check your sources, they are over priced on a lot of things. I was looking for a bumper cover for my chevy avalanche an they want $95 I can get a brand new one cheaper. You-pull-it is way better priced as well

    Update: i reduced from a 5 to 1 star. It was strictly a customer service issue with the owner. It has been years since but google brought this company to my attention. This complaint was 100% customer service directed at the owner. Original review: Everyone is so nice and helpful(except for owner/bc2023). The crew is excellent! And they are a very knowledgeable. I am amazed at how much is always going on and still I am provided with quick quality service. Highly recommend.

    This place is the worst place you could possibly do business with. I ordered an engine for a truck, they not only gave me the wrong engine twice, they also take you money up front and basically hold it until they find you a part that works. In my case, they never found one and after 7 weeks I gave up. So when i asked for a refund of $1,200, they said the owner will give me $100 cash and the rest is store credit. Now why would i want store credit from such a terrible company? I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me my money. Few months go by and they tried convincing my credit card company that I had already received the engine, which was far from the truth. Does this sound like a place you would trust your money with? There are many other options in the area. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

    Junk yard dog would receive 5+stars from me. The customer service was impeccable. They did not have the part I needed. The competition did not either. The cashier offered to order me one when the competing yard near by did not. They also allowed me to use there restroom and it was very nice and clean. I wish I would have took a picture. I will definitely return here and give them my business in the future when I need something.

    Unfortunate encounter with misogynistic staff members: A while back I called this place to get a quote for my vehicle which had broken down, I just wanted to sell it for parts, and based on the information they needed on the phone they gave me a quote. I decided to sell the car to them because they’d given me the best quote out of other junk yards I’d contacted. I had my car towed there and upon my arrival they said they’d need to check the car out before they could write me a check. After the quick inspection they said they wouldn’t be able to give me as much because something was wrong with the engine, but I knew specifically what was wrong with it because I’d had it in a trustworthy auto shop who had diagnosed it. I told them that what they said wasn’t true because it was the vehicles clutch that had busted, absolutely nothing was wrong with the engine. I told them that and they didn’t agree. Now. I am a young woman and I could very clearly see that they were trying to take advantage of assumed ignorance. I called up my auto shop and put them on the phone with the guy so he could tell him exactly what was wrong. After that phone call the junk yard staff member rolled his eyes and said okay. They still didn’t give me as much as they had quoted but to avoid the extra cost of towing it anywhere else I agreed to it. After accepting the check I said thank you and have a good day to both men who had worked with me and the one who did the inspection just walked off. Neither of them said thank you or anything. It was a frustrating experience and I would never go back there. Warning to women, make sure you know your stuff before going so they don’t try to cheat you, or maybe they could just not try to take advantage of anyone.

    Called around for a set of rims for my old pickup, and they gave me a fair price. They closed at 5:30, and I was late getting off of work, called and explained my situation and a guy stayed late to help me out. I purchased a set of very decent rims for 150.00, was given a choice of several and was treated very well. I was impressed enough I'm going to go out of my way to get a few other parts I need from them even if it does cost me a bit more.

    I got very good service returning items that didn’t end up fitting my vehicle for store credit. I also got help finding and extracting the right parts I needed right away. The staff were busy but made time for me. Highly recommend.

    About a month ago I go in to purchase a gas tank for my moms car who lives 11 hrs away, and I figured since i was headed that way i would take one with me. In my time waiting, i decided to purchase some tires. I was shown the car the gas tank was to be removed from, and was having tires put on in the meantime. After about an hour and a half with my truck in the shop and watching the mechanic in and out i approached the counter and asked " how much longer you think?" Well the guy removing my tire somehow bent my rim on the very first tire he attempted to remove. They made it right by repairing it and having me go and pick up and pay someone else to do the rest. Then when the mechanic went to put the gas tank on my moms car a week later, turns out it came off another vehicle. Not sure what they took it off of. Needless to say it was not a pleasant experience

    Called and asked if they had a part, they said yes it’s in stock and quoted us a price. Went to pick it up and they informed us they don’t have the part, the vehicle it came off one was missing the whole engine. Waste of 2 plus hours driving there and back.

    My father who is disabled and has trouble walking purchased a vehicle from jyd, and almost instantly he started having problems with it, of course they came and picked it up, and repaired it a couple of times .The last time it broke down he called to have them come get it, and they refused said they couldn't afford it ... My father was without a vehicle for three weeks before they decided to come get it, and was asked a several days later to pay the tow bill before they would fix the vehicle. Doesn't seem to me that jyd cares much at all for their paying customers...

    most reliable AND inexpensive used parts option virtually every time, sold me a set of leaf springs for a 99 montero for FAR less than anyone else,THEN discounted them if I would go ahead and by both, AND threw in some very necessary hardware at no extra charge...

    A couple months back u pull it auto sold me a transmission that they said would fit a 92 ranger. Turns out they got it wrong. I then went down the street to junk yard dog who pulled one for me and i was out of their with the correct transmission in under 30 minutes. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They havent been rude to me at all and i have been there twice for parts. I would reccomend this place over u pull it due to horrible repeated experiences with u pull it. Reason i gave a 4 is because it seems overly dirty and junked up in the front area.

    Needed four rims and tires for my Mustang. These guys hooked me up with a sweet deal, four matching tires and rims in great condition, and even mounted the tires for me. I recommend giving them a call for parts and service.

    This place is the worst I ever seen My husband order a part he paid for and the part 82.43 before the part arrived he told one of manager he didn’t want anymore maria told him According the policy can’t refund cash but he can use store credit my husband order other past the cost $40 and the manager MARIA told us she has to charge the part for the same amount of the first one 😡 this is wrong

    Seriously if your soo unhappy with your job that you treat customers like crap you need to close your doors--staff is rude and act like they dont care if you spend money or not, OVER-PRICED- crappy warranty--- we will stick to U PULL IT or LKQ.

    I've been getting parts for almost 30yrs and I ordered a part a couple of weeks ago payed up front . I had to and check and see if my part was in and it was could of at least called when it arrived kinda disappointed!!
