The sales lady Lori was awful had an attitude every time I talked to her about a vehicle I was going to buy. You think people trying to sell you a vehicle would be a whole lot nicer since you’re willing to give them your hard earned money but that’s not the case with Lori she was an awful grumpy person highly don’t recommend doing business here.

Purchased a nearly new 2019 Chevy Impala from Lori and team. Great deal for a great car. They even give a 6 month bumper to bumper warranty to ease any concerns you have about the vehicle. I would highly recommend that you speak with Lori and team.

Kelly is top notch in my book. I run a shop and she was extremely helpful in procuring a part from halfway across the country. Fast and efficient, fair pricing and well organized. I am glad I found them and Kelly is a pro. Thanks K & G.

As far as I know I have never been to this place or have even heard of it... the one-star is simply because this app is asking me to review it... maybe it's a five-star, maybe it's a negative 10... don't know... good luck

They stand behind their product!I bought a rebuilt Cobalt from them last fall. I will say that the place is definitely lacking in image (when you walk in your greeting by a huge dog that's as tame as a cat), the place is kind of dirty and laid back, and the waiting area consists of a dirty extra chair they have laying around. That said, if people want a fancy car-buying experience they probably should be at one of the big-name dealers in Toledo, not at little old K&G Auto in rural Fulton County! That said, about 7 months and 9,000 miles later, I feel like I got a good deal on my Chevy Cobalt, and would buy the car again. They also stand behind their products. They told me that if I noticed anything wrong to bring it back and they would take care of it (obviously there's a reasonable time to this). So, about a week after buying it, I went to fill the car with windshield washer fluid and noticed this stream of fluid flowing out the bottom of my car. Buyer beware? Nope, they put in a new (well, probably off another Cobalt) washer bottle - no problems now. It probably something that they missed - they probably just assumed it was out of washer fluid since it used to be a rental car. They also gave me a six month powertrain warranty for "peace of mind," which I was glad they did. A few months after purchasing it I got the oil changed and the mechanic spotted a tranmission fluid leak from one of the seals (they filled it up and checked it again, and at the rate it was leaking it started AFTER I bought the car). I took it back to them and they replaced the seal - no charge, no hassle, and no leak now (I had another place check it afterward). At the time they put in the new seal, I also had noticed that the one headlight was fogging up. I asked them about it and they put in a brand new headlamp assembly (they replaced this when rebuilding the car) - again, no hassle, no charge, just a reply that they take care of their customers. One of my big concerns about buying a rebuilt car is the reputation of the place, since that's one industry where it would be very easy to cut corners and do shoddy work. But I've learned that, when buying a rebuilt car, it's important that you have a place that stands behind their product, and they definitely do. Now that I've driven the car long enough that in theory any instances of shoddy work should have surfaced by now, I thought I would come on here and write a good review to help out anyone that might be wondering whether they can trust this place. I think you can. If I find out otherwise, I'll be back on here to write a review that's just as negative as this one is positive!6/18/2016 UPDATE: Cobalt crossed over 90k miles recently, and has been a reliable car up to this point! Only required a tow once around 40k miles (transmission control module, of all things, failed - $600 repair) but other than that I think any other money I've spent on the car has just been tires, brakes, I think a lower control arm bushing, and routine maintenance. Much better repair history than the PT Cruiser we also had until about a year ago.
