Have had service from Ken’s 3 times now, and every time the service has been great. I got towed to the shop once, got a jump another time, and most recently received battery replacement service. Vaughn was my technician, and he was able to jump my car then got to work on the battery replacement and was very efficient, and I was driving away all fixed up in no time. I have really appreciated the service I’ve gotten from Ken’s and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future if I need assistance. Thank you Vaughn and thank you Ken’s!

This company is amazing. An older woman (70ish) jumped a curb and got stuck in the mud. We stopped to help her. When we couldn't pull her out because I had nowhere to hook the rope we had in my truck, another gentleman had stopped after us as we were trying to look under her car for a place to hook onto and called Ken's and paid for the pull out. They came right out while she sat in my truck to stay warm and we waited til Ken's got there. He was kind and fast and professional. Amazing service and we (the lady included) are so grateful. Best car service in years! Roadside service for flat on older Tahoe. Prompt response but attempt to remove spare underneath wasn’t possible. It was repaired at their shop so the spare is useable next time it’s needed. Every person I was in contact with was friendly & efficient. Especially, Joe. Repair bill was very reasonable! Will always take Tahoe here now.Thank you!

My toe was a little unorthodox being that I’m a technician and I had to move my toolbox from the dealership I was leaving and get it to my house. Toolboxes are a very large investment for a technician and an important part of our business so getting it towed right was important to me. Kens did a great job kept is secure and took all the precautions to keep it safe and undamaged all the way to my house. I had such a great experience with Shannon from Ken's Towing just this morning. He was professional and friendly and respectful, even when I asked questions or gave answers that might have been pretty remedial. I didn't realize my tie rod had broken and he was creative and efficient in figuring out the best way to tow my car when they hadn't been prepared to tow a car with a broken tie rod. But he did it! And this was on a Saturday!!! I will be using this company from here on out and will recommend them to any and all in this area. This is what a American owned businesses should be!

My family and I took our 29-foot class-C motorhome on a camping trip. I discovered that the brake line had rusted and was leaking out all the fluid. I had to have it towed. Good Sam had sent Ken's out to tow the vehicle. They were prompt and respectful of our situation.Good Sam had mistakenly ordered the camper to be serviced at another shop, that it turns out doesn't even work on motorhomes. The tow truck driver from Ken's told me they were a couple weeks out at least, but that they MAY be able to look at the vehicle in a couple days. I thought that might be our best option, so he took it there to his shop.The very next day they looked at it and gave me a ballpark estimate what it would cost. They got the parts the day after and had the camper ready for us only 2 days after it broke down! And the cost came in $30 less than their estimated cost the day prior! How often does that happen?I couldn't be any more satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism at Ken's! They helped us out of a tight spot, being from out of town. Unfortunately, had an awful experience. Waited about an hour for someone to show up to unlock my car. First guy to show up messed with my door for probably half an hour and claimed to had done this for 10 years and this was the first car he had ever not been able to get into. (I have a Honda pilot) Hard to believe. Guy had the top of my door cranked so far open it stayed bent about 2 inches out when he removed the pump. In addition he was slamming the slim jim in and out so hard he managed to break the internal lock on my door. I can no longer open my door without a fob, so was stuck buying a $140 key replacement after he was done with it. Only silver lining was he called another guy to come out who managed to do it in about 60 seconds. (Simply pressed unlock button from inside) This was now about 2 and a half hours later with a broken door however. Unfortunately never got the name of the first locksmith but turned what should have been a 5 minute process into a bonus $140 bill and a broken door.-For Reference this happened on the morning of 09/18/21 starting at around 11amService: Car lockouts
